Fantastic video on the functions of the board. One question, yes, its been 3 years but maybe you can recall. Is there a way to make it start up in running mode. Forexample if the jumper was set to JOG mode and the run switch was bypassed to ON. Would it start running when power is supplied?

Hello, can I connect this 36820 module motor output pins A1,A2,B1,B2 respectively to the IN1,IN2,IN3,IN4 inputs of L298N driver module to driver a higher current stepper motor?

Thanks for this video, I have been looking for months for an alternative to arduino, for my grandson’s ramp lift (toy car), with the function start/stop, cw, ccw.
Over time I invested in several control but without success.

How many Amps does the controller provide to the stepper motor? Also, are there heftier products to upscale and run a high torquing stepper motor or how might you go about that?

Hey - I have built a camera slider, but the control board doesnt have these cool options. Can I use a 2 wire stepper motor with this board? Does the kit come with the motor wire harness, and which color wires to use? For the limit switch, and I use a basic momentary push button switch? Also, is that wire harness included? thanks!

Why doesnt this work when you connect it to a buck converter? I have a 5v dc stepper motor and am using a buck converter to output 5v dc. Whenever I connect it to this board and press the button to turn the motor on, the D2 led blinks and doesnt turn the motor on.

I’ll appreciate it if you would view 7:25 on this one year old YT video and confirm if I understand the potential of using this layout to remotely tune my antenna.
As I understood, having adjusted the potentiometer for smallest ‘degree-steps’ and having placed jumpers properly, I can momentarily press one button, to ‘step’ the motor a degree at a time in one direction.
If I understood what I viewed correctly so far, then can this more-accurate stepper motor movement be controlled through a two conductor cable in some way using your setup as I referred to ?
(Though I can use the analog approach of PWM a DC motor with a two conductor cable controlled by DPDT wafer switch, I wouldn’t have the more desirable accuracy of rotation by degree steps)

Yes, i's a neema 17 motor, but the four pin connector that came with my stepper motor was wired wrong and the motor would not turn. Using I had to rewire the 4 pin connector to correspond to the coils coming out of the 6 pin connector plugged into the motor. One coil needs to connect to A+ and A-, the other coil needs to connect to the B- and B+ coil.
