  • The perfect workout to kick-start your day. This six-move dumbbell circuit, which you’ll repeat four times, targets every area of your body, resulting in an epic sweat session.
    As top PT Bradley Simmonds says, “it’s going to be enjoyable.” We’ll let you be the judge of that.
    Perform each move for 40-seconds, resting for 20. Repeat four times. Best of luck!
    The moves:
    1. Dumbbell squats
    2. Reverse lunges
    3. Bicep curl into shoulder press
    4. Side lunge into press
    5. Mountain Climbers
    6. Devil’s Press
