HDMI module upgrade on HP EliteDesk 800 G3

- I have been using this HP EliteDesk 800 G3 for a while. It is nice little desktop that is fine for normal daily usage like browsing internet, checking email, watching youtube videos, etc. When I bought the pc, it has 2x onboard DP for video, and 1x DP from the add-on card. so total of 3x DP on the PC and no HDMI. I know the add-on card has a HDMI option. You can also add a USB, VGA as well. I wanted it HDMI to be more monitor friendly.
