I love the flavor of War of the Ring sometimes. The idea that everyone but Gandalf and the Hobbits just collectively decide "nah, this fellowship thing is dumb" and run off to their respective corners is hilarious

When you brought Aragorn and Boromir to Westemnet, why not then attack the Fords, to threaten taking Orthanc? Wouldn't that have prompted a reaction from Shadow?
I would have considered using the last battle for the top effect
Definitely an interesting idea, but I'm probably only moving once per turn anyway most of the time, and it only helps if you move 2+ times per turn. Also, I'm not sure I want to keep an army in Fangorn, since it's not very defensible (without ents). I'm intending to send that army elsewhere, and thus Last Battle would go away if they enter Rohan again. Finally, Daylight is such a good combat card! All that said, definitely still worth thinking about; this is exactly the sort of situation where it could be playable and save some corruption!
@@WarOfTheRingChamp isn't the reason you're only moving once because of the added odds of getting hit? Or are you intentionally moving once per turn so the other dice can slow down Shadow?
