Thanks for the video. Fast paced and entertaining. I recently bought the game and have been using online playthroughs to supplement the rulebook, which has some challenges.

I agree, and I don't think it is anything wrong with the rules, it is just that so many procedures are novel for us experienced gamers, and there are so many details to attend to.
It's sort of the price you pay for a richly detailed world.

Hello. Thank you for your video,
But I'm not sure you can play as you did at setup : you put 1 unit then play it - rinse repeat.
I think at setup time, both parties have to spend their gold (or not), then starting party can play.

Thank you for the nice words!Actually, you are under no obligation to spend any of your beginning money. The goblins certainly don't want to spend any of it.

The money I spent was the first turn.

Thaanks for the video ,I am still wondering if this game has more than one scenario for solo to be replayable for long...in my mind this game ,bring the memory of the old pc game "Fantasy General" .

You're welcome. I think this game has lots of solo potential, depending on your definition of solo.
I play two fisted solo, just to enjoy the narrative. The game has lots of sandbox potential (create your own scenarios).
The only limit is how much is too much. How many factions do you want to manage? Do you want to play the basic game, or go advanced?
For myself, I get bogged down if there is too much granularity. If I want to play advanced, I keep the scenario very small. For most scenarios, I keep it basic.

@@stefanosstefanos401 @stefanosstefanos401 My wife and I visited Greece several years ago. It was on a cruise, but our favorite way to tour a place is to get lost and see what happens. We had a wonderful adventure getting lost in Athens, Greeks are the nicest people!

This game was not at all on my radar. And I enjoy RPGs and wargames. I will have to go to Compass Games and check this out. Thanks for the gameplay video.

Be sure and check out Noble Knights Games. They have excellent service, great prices, and you might even get a copy more quickly. I don't get a kickback for this recommendation, I just really like them.

@jordigrau3582 all my plays are solo. I prefer the basic game solo, as there is less to keep track of.

Nice video, but you don't have to "research" treasure. It can be used immediately after you kill the monster.
