I have the Anima Prestige and the motor went out after one year. Since it was under warranty, sent it to Gaggia repair facility and they replaced it. Only issue was I had to pay for shipping, in both directions…so $135.
Thanks for this video, now I will do it myself since it’s out of warranty.

Hey I have an odd issue with the same machine power button is blinking . But it won't power on. This happened after cleaning machine from being clogged im assuming something got wet that shouldn't have it worked for a few days after cleaning now it doesn't turn on . Any thoughts I need my coffee 😂
