We were soooo young then! Hahaha It was fun visiting the old school halls and we even got questioned by a teacher why we were there. Felt like we were back in high school and getting in trouble. LOL
Great news about the carnivore diet. Half and half has carbs cream doesn’t. Good luck. You both look good. I am having a hard time giving up bread. But I feel a lot better. Thanks for the video look forward to Alaska
i have been on it for 3 months i have heart failure and i feel great now great to hear you made a great choice and Guys give it the full 90 days beef butter bacon i will restore you health
Gary, I like your ChickenStock T-shirt. You look so healthy with this weight loss. Congratulations on your weight loss. I know it is tough. I have recently lost 22 pounds, so you are ahead of me, congratulations. I have hopes to lose 24 more. It is tough. I am using a high protein diet not strictly a carnivore diet. Lots of calories from carbs in beer. I enjoy spending a bit more money on steaks and other meats because we are not spending it on so much else. Although I knew you were originally from the area near Chatteroy, I thought I recognized the background as near Valley Ford but apparently it is up near Foothills. I used to live in the valley and often return to visit friends there. Mead has one of the best running programs in the state.
It looked like a nice trip back home. I grew up in LaConner Washington, not far from Spokane. Now I am in Fl, wish I would have picked Alaska instead! 😊
We are very familiar with LaConner. Gary's grandparents had a place there (his uncle lives there now) and my grandparents kept their boat in Anacortes. We would always boat down thru the canal to go southward! It's a beautiful area for sure.
@@LivingFreeAlaska thats so cool. Not many people know of LaConner. I have a aunt & uncle that still live there. I do miss it especially the tulip 🌷 fields 😊
Another enjoyable video, thank you. Very interesting diet information. I need to follow your example - took 80lbs off 5 years ago and it must like me, it’s back!! Is Gary related to Fred Quimby the cartoon film producer of yesteryear? You both looked very attractive (Gary handsome) in the posed picture, I assume at the wedding? Safe travels. Phil, Suffolk, U.K.🇬🇧
Good luck with your diets. I've just started again of no suger and no carbs did it a few years ago and lost alot of weight, but unfortunately it found me again 😂. It does feel great to eat no processed foods.
Thank you so much. Gary is still doing well and I am chugging along. My BMI is doing better than the actual weight loss... but it still counts as a win.
I would be concerned about Scurvy, the deficiency of vitamin C if you don’t eat vegetables and fruits over a long period. Do you take supplements? Don’t get me wrong I love meat but I also like fruits and veggies. I do like to hear about weight loss and what works for different people though. This was a nice video.
In all our research and all the people that have eaten this way of life for years and years there hasn’t been any mention of that as a side effect. And yes we still take our vitamins and supplements. Again the diet goes against everything we’ve ever been taught about nutrition. And it was recommended by our doctor who has done his own research. After our 90 days I will add small amounts of veggies back but Gary may stay strictly on carnivore. Only time will tell.
I guess pep is the correct terminology... Its been 33 years so my lingo may be a little rusty. LOL Congrats on your weight loss! It feels amazing doesn't it!
i am so proud of you both of you
Thank you!
You guys are doing great with the lifestyle change / weight loss!! Keep it up. 😊
Thank you!! 😊
Awww, your high school pictures are so cute! I miss North 40 too! Wish we had them in Kentucky!

Yes I’ve been craving bread… specifically pizza but we’ve got this. We are 8 weeks in now and I’ve come to far to cheat!
Had a great time watching all these footages from Spokane. Only 2 hrs away from us❤❤❤❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Where are you located?

Gary says he's never going back to his old ways of eating... but I think I will bring back some veggies. I miss the veggies.
@@LivingFreeAlaska if you do stick to green vegetables
I enjoyed watching this video from Spokane. I’ll be heading there on July 30th to visit my sister who lives in Chattaroy.
Chattaroy/Mead... practically the same place. It will be hot as you know what around that time. Please try to keep cool and enjoy your visit.
Great video. Congrats on the weight loss.🎉
Thank you!! 😊

Fun trip back home. Thanks for sharing!
It was... very fast and very full of seeing family and friends but its always nice to get back home too!

Love your dress you wore at the wedding Stacey!
Thank you! I felt very pretty in it. Haven't been able to wear it in over 5 years so that was a very good feeling.
@@LivingFreeAlaska Awesome🤩
👍
Thank you for sharing! This trip was so fun, and I wasn't even there😆
I'm still smiling🥰
Glad you enjoyed it! It was a quick trip but good times devoted to family.

No I don’t believe so but he is related to Harriet Quimby who was the first female pilot to fly solo over the English Channel.
you can use coffee and cream is allowed
Ammo is hard to find. Tony has gotten into reloading. Next time you're in town and go to Eggers get their pepperoni bits they are awesome!
We actually stocked up on the pepperoni sticks and brought several pounds back home with us!

Our bodies have really enjoyed the benefits... so much good beyond just losing the weight.
Looking forward to your adventures on your boat.
I'm so proud of y'all losing weight. Keep up the great video's

i tried a keto diet once for about 2 months... it made me so angry, I was in a rage all the time. I know it has worked for many other people though.
My hair started falling out. I switched to eating several small meals a day with low carbs and I lost 143 pounds.
This is more strict than keto but the good thing is we both love meat! So far no issues and our bodies are adapting to it well.
WOW!!!! That is awesome! What an achievement.
@@LivingFreeAlaska I think everyone just needs to find what works for them.
Y’all called them prep rallies? We called them pep rallies. Good luck with your diet. I’m down 21 lbs….10 maybe 20 more to go.
