I've just managed to go from couch to 5k since the beginning of January and this video has been a huge help in that achievement. Will definitely keep using it. Thanks very much.
I have to say that first I was a bit doubtful if this was a good enough warm up for me because I'm used to mostly focus on stretching my legs before a run. But I tried this and for the first time in a long time my shins weren't hurting during the run. Like, no pain at all! I felt like running was easier and I could keep going faster and for a longer distance :) So, thank you for this video! ❤️

I really want to get into running. At least a few times a week. I went running yesterday for the first time and then today (both times 3km, 30 min run/walk) and now my left achilles hurts, because I didn't think, that it would cause any harm, since I'm already kind of fit (I have daily PE classes) 😅 Oh boy, I was wrong. Also, I skipped warm-up and stretching because I was lazy. But I learned my lesson! 😂 As soon as my ankle gets better, I will get back to running. Of course, less intensive and I will use this routine beforehand! Thanks!

I started watching this video in particular two months ago to get some sort of stretching regiment in before my runs. Think I have all the maneuvers memorized but I still come back here for extra motivation!
I always am trying to find a good stretching workout especially for running since I am a distance runner and constantly workout. I have never found one that I liked or that was really effective, until I found Yoga With Lena. I enjoy her stretch workouts so much and they are VERY helpful.

I am 14 y/o and weighed 202 pounds about 1 month ago. I've been eating less and running everyday, and I've managed to lose about ten pounds. I do this stretch before every run, and I use your 8 min post-run stretch routine afterwards. I can safely say, it's helped my mobility and flexibility.

Gotta limber up even more as we age! Just turned 30 and am really focusing on stretching pre/post any high physical exertion
