  • This cool-down guided deep stretching program is ideal for runners and anybody who suffers from stiffness after a workout. We'll hold each static stretch for roughly 30 seconds, for a total of 10 minutes, focusing on some of the most common tight spots for runners. A short guided follow-along flexibility routine for runners comprising stretches and exercises to increase quad, hip flexor, calve, and hamstring mobility is presented in this video. You are a beginner or intermediate - you found your next stretching routine. Enjoy these relaxing stretches after running. No special equipment is required.

    This is by far the best after run cool down stretches usually I'm quite lazy to do em but I loved this I felt so relaxed and I loved the choice of music to..👌🏾

      I agree in 100%. I didn't like running because I couldn't play tennis the day after running - my whole body hurt. Now I'm watching your videos before and after running and before and after tennis. Importantly, the content is gentle and brings peace.

      really? my muscles get kinda salty and a bit crunchy after i run. but sometimes when i do over 5 miles my muscles are a bit sweet and chewy. but oh boy, after i do sprints they can get sour so i totally get that

    I don't know wy it is so hard to take the time to cool down and stretch after a run but I just have never been able to get into the habit... until now. This is exactly what I need. Deep enjoyable stretches with soothing music.

    I just picked this video at random after running a 5K and the "sitting glute stretch" really got me AND the "windshield wipers"
    I can really feel the stretch/stiffness on each side and by the end of it, I was feeling a bit loose in a good way

    I’m very picky with stretches and exercises and usually when I have to follow a stretching video along I skip some of them, cause I don’t like them or it’s to hard or I can’t do them BUT this one is love at first sight. It’s so easy to follow ,it’s quick and I enjoy the combination of stretches ♥️ The music and the timer are so nice - also the different point of view for the exercises.
