You had me at the click and I stayed for the foam! Every adjustment knob or turn dial should have a click. It would be an honor to break that bottle. 🤣 Seems real good would like to see the balance empty as well as when stored most foam cannons are empty. Don’t want them falling off the shelf and breaking. I do like the balance with the gun attached as well. Would like to see the suction tube flexibility and if the weighted ball is the right length.
I dont know where Ive been but I just saw this after seeing the new accessory kit video! Everything is looking great and I appreciate the transparency throughout the whole process of bringing this to market!
+1 to the additional bottles so we can swap soap types quickly. Something that could set you apart would be a quick disconnect rom the bottle to cannon so we don't have to worry about threads failing eventually. I'd pay a premium price for that. Overall, it looks like it performs well and similar to the competition. Since this is an all stainless build I think your real competition is Griots garage since their is all stainless as well. Would love see a comparison there.
I really admire and respect how Active listens to their customers/potential customers and designs their products with the feedback they are getting. And changing current designs quickly from user feedback post launch. Very commendable!
Foam quality looks great. Would have been nice to get an idea of consumption of the mix between the MTM, MJJC and the Active. If you can produce the good foam and not use a ton of product to do so then ultimately the Active cannon becomes cheaper than the others when factoring cost of the unit plus chemical use and draw rates. The gun with NEWLY IMPROVED MECHANISM……. Looking forward to that for maybe even an easier pull and remove the detent and shorten the pull length even.

Is the short gun trigger upgrade going to be available for anyone that already purchased the current model? Does the smaller 1.25 orifice cause a higher amp draw on the 2.0? Hi there, to answer your questions: 1. The 50ft hose is more flexible and as durable as the 2.0 hose. 2. EDIT: The updated Short Gun is being sold right now. 3. A 1.25 orifice creates a higher amp draw than the 1.45, but it remains on manageable levels.

The last sample bottle had Active in yellow lettering. Could you possibly use that same color and “emboss”/cover all the capacity marking to make them much easier to read when adding liquid?
This video format and editing are solid imo, and JC seems more comfortable and lively here. 1:21 With the fan width adjustment, I hope that once you rotate it to the desired width, it will stay there relatively well. My PF22 is great but the fan width doesn't really lock into place and doesn't have the friction/resistance to really stay at the desired adjustment compared to my Griots Boss. My Griots Boss has an issue where there is a small jet of the mixture that shoots out above and below the desired fan which just wastes product on the ground sometimes. I'm looking forward to this Active unit replacing both of those since I have a few issues with both.

I'll have to wait for other distributors to try and get one. After years of asking for shipping to Hawaii to become available, it never happened. Nothing I try to order directly from the active site says it can to ship to Hawaii; always says it cannot ship to me.
I was wondering the exact same thing. The foam cannon that came with the 2.3 never really worked for me and the 40ft hose isn't quite long enough. Maybe offer a discount to upgrade to the new accessory bundle or swap to the new items for the previously purchasers of the 2.3 washers 🤔?
I literally just ordered your Short Gun from a supplier here in Canada about 2 hours ago (Pro Detailing in Mississauga). Are you saying the mechanism in that gun has an update (I assume to fix an issue) that will not be included in the item I will be receiving? Will there be a retrofit available to update my unit under warranty or should I just cancel my order and wait for the fix to be released? Cheers Kevin (Caledon, ON)

I still think a rubberized boot or coating for the bottom is ideal. Has to be a way to add this … maybe a spray coating? Or maybe we’ll just have to add this after we buy it. Haha, either way, I’m excited to try this. 👍🏼
Really do like the structure of this foam cannon. I'd like mine to have the gray ring around the output as everything for me is black gray or red, lol 😆.... i really like that you guys pay attention to your customers. That's key

I couldn’t help but notice that your online store only offers payment in US dollars. Is it possible to charge your Canadian customers in Canadian dollars so,as to avoid the exchange fees we have to pay? (Since you are a Canadian company).
We temporarily suspended our option to buy from Canada, but will be reintroducing it in the future. In the meantime, our products are available in Canada through Carzilla and TOC Supplies.

One thing I'd like to see, and I don't know if this is possible this far along in prototyping, is if it's possible to have the measurement marking highlighted in some way. For example, if you're doing a darker color could the markings be white in order to stand out? Every foam cannon I've used it's been really difficult to read the markings because they are the same color as the bottle itself, so everything blends in and you really have to struggle to read them. If there was some way you could contrast the markings with the bottle color so that they're easy to read, that would be great.
At this point in the production it's difficult to do it, but if enough of you feel this is necessary we'll be considering it for an update in the future!

Was there a way to monitor spray spread in the comparisons? 2.0 seemed to show the spray pattern much narrower than the MJJC, etc.

On our testing we've seen the fan width stays in place and that the jet is pretty consistent overall, you shouldn't be seeing these issues
