    The Double Kettlebell Snatch is a great exercise for power and strength with kettlebells.
    Here are some tips on doing this advanced kettlebell snatch and how to do it properly without injury.
    You can't lift if you're injured, and lifting safety is key for this snatch workout.
    The Double Kettlebell snatch is very fun and great at generating power,
    BUT IT CAN BE HARD TO CONTROL AT FIRST. Half snatch where you bring the bells to rack before the backswing may be what you should focus on first.
    The double kettlebell snatch is a staple of my KBOMG ( KETTLEBELL ONLY MUSCLE GAIN ) plans available at www.kbmuscle.com

      Double bells build phenomenal muscle on natural lifters. Just be sure to eat a lot. It will lean you out as it builds muscle

    I was watching kettlebell sport today (first time) thought I'd try one of those style of workouts: I started with 1 arm, was gonna do 90s with 60s rest, 6 sets. First two sets were easy, so I doubled it up for the last 3..... way more challenging than I was expecting. At end of the sets I still felt good, so I kept going, I counted 125 reps in total, but the first two sets of Double arms I did not count. Brutal workout!

    Seems like a great way to end your line of succession. Why not do the snatch with the barbell so you don’t risk swinging the bells into the balls? And use a from the floor first pull for the explosive bit?

    • @kettlebellmusclegain
      @kettlebellmusclegain  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Lol what? This is kettlebell sport. Nothing hits your balls. Use a barbell if you want to pull from the floor. All tools are great.

      Because this requires more skill and it's more fun. Never has anyone hot their balls. Ridiculous. Stay with your boring barbell.

      10x 3 reps or 20x 1 rep half snatch down to shoulders.

    Hi. I'm trying to work out if there are any benefits of a double Snatch over a single Snatch with a heavier KB. I can Snatch 24kb easily one handed but snatching 2.x 20kg is very hard. Thanks

      I LOVE double snatch. Very challenging and PRECISE when done right for technique and power to get heavy weight overhead. Example. I can snatch 2x32kg several times. But I cant snatch anywhere near that weight single arm for more than 1 rep
