I have been doing this move for my upper chest for 4x15 with a kettlebell, like you mentioned in one of the comments and i really can see some major improvements in the muscle grow in this hard to hit area. Many thanks for showing this move for us kettlebell trainers.
@kettbellmusclegain - this plus your 25 chest exercises is absolute gold. Thank you so much all of your KB and Bulgarian bag videos combined with body weight (push ups, chin ups/pull ups, dips and gym ring rows) plus Indian clubs and maces has allowed me to have more muscle mass than ever and feel happier and healthier than I ever have. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤
@@kettlebellmusclegain I noticed this was 10 years ago. Wow. You've kept yourself at a high level for a very long time. And were wayyy ahead of using KB for training
+Get Fit Body - Nutrition, Workouts and Health interesting points ,if anyone else trying to find out exercises to do with kettlebells try Renkarter Bell Fitness Report (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.
I have done both to train respiratory muscles in varying positions especially for kettlebell sport but if you're going for maximal strength you might want to exhale on your press but we're all different just depends on how it feels for you bracing your torso you can inhale or exhale as you push as long as you're bracing
Thank you. I'm very new to kettlebells, can I ask, when you say "using the chest and delts, not triceps" How do you ensure you're doing that?@@kettlebellmusclegain
bua hung it depends what your goal is . for maximum strength, exhale out at the top of the press which gives you a compressed torso during the press. for kettlebell sport and high reps, I inhale on the way up so my body gets conditioned for anatomical breathing related to the kettlebell sport moves like jerk and snatch.

Jonathan Coleman keep shoulders lowered as you press. perhaps try lighter weight. its not totally a pallor press but more upwards.
SwingThis Kettlebell and Functional Strength sorry my english so bad, but when you hold up the kettlebell, you breath or inbreath
