  • www.kbmuscle.com Getting the Kettlebell clean right can be tough.
Yet after the hip hinge, it is the most important movement to learn when getting into kettlebell training. If you cant clean a kettlebell well it wouldnt be good to try the kettlebell snatch.
Today at Swing This Kettlebell I recorded a kettlebell training session going over certain questions clients had in their training.
Hence, the video series " Kettlebell FAQ's " has been born!
In this video Jenna had asked about when and how tight to grip the kettlebell in her kettlebell sport sets. Is there a difference in form using kettlebells for women vs men?
I went over the Kettlebell clean and how it pertains to the kettlebell snatch and long cycle . I hope it helps YOU as well!
This is a pretty in depth video and thanks to Pete of Spicy Productions , we were able to have a slingshot assisted stable video!
if you've ever wanted to join in with in person coaching at Swing This Kettlebell, here is a taste of how it is.......
    Fun, and games.
Your also welcome to ask about Personalized Private KB coaching for your goals. Programs offered for all experience levels, beginner to competitive lifters.
**Please consider sharing this video wherever you can if it helps you at all. **

Is it just me, or is the guy working out next to them the hero of the show? I watched that guy rep out 15+ perfect kb snatches, and I think my form got better from watching it lol. *edit* of course the main content of the video is excellent as well.

The key is getting the KB vertical, not swung out with the hip thrust. I noticed you begin with a hip thrust, but then transition to a vertical boost with your legs.

nice explanation. so the max reps you can do is the point where switching to hook grip is getting too hard to do it correct(sqeesh too fast because you get fatigue) and start to rip your hand?

From the bottom grip, I see you have thumb out (forward) yet others thumb in (point between legs) and rotate on lift (hip thrust) ... just personal preference? - from a noob

    • @kettlebellmusclegain

Well they werent really accessible past 10 years ago and now theyre so popular due to size portability and function. Think of it as a Swiss army knife of resistance training.
      1. Fluidity of movement.
      2. Independence of movement.
      3. Strength endurance
      4. Increased rom stabilization load.
