You know I just realized something icebergs goal of making water 7 float has been done by someone else. Gecko moria somehow turn an entire Island into a ship. Literally turning thriller bark into a functional ship.
In theory of gecko moria is still alive under the Blackbeard's control then he could be used to turn Pirate Island Blackbeard's Central Island into a ship like he did with thriller bark. Potentially even turning other islands that are under Blackbeard's control into ships
What if one piece is a place where all the world will live together in one place ?
what do you think about the real slim shady making a return for the rescue to the earth and taking them to moon
You remind me of the ugly filter from tiktok
My Theory is that the original world was actually all land (hence the ancient kingdom)and very little ocean, and imu and others use some powers to drown the world Joyboy tried to save everyone but couldn't, and the fishman are the former humans who got left behind and mutated to adapt in water that's why he's saying sorry while the humans he saved goes to sky and created sky island, enel probably knows this that's why he goes to the moon, he probably created that water air stream, and the world is actually sinking for 800 years hence the Water 7 arc and that's what joyboy was preventing but couldn't do it because he was probably betrayed by someone whom he trusted, and he probably created islands and devil fruits for humans to survive, and one piece is the one that can bring the world to the surface again that's why the gorosei is not letting anyone obtain it and for that to happen, roger pirates knows this but also knows that in order to save the world again, it must be someone who got the gum fruit or the nika fruit because it's powers is reality manipulation, even if the world sinks, sun god just can manipulate the sea(i guess) so it bounce like he did in sky with clouds
Franky turning himself into a ship in the 'bad' timeline now makes a lot more sense.
a lotttt more sense
That will be too cool if he also modifies himself like ancient weopon
That whole scene with Franky doing a voice over is one of my favorite bits in one piece "if I push it.... Is it really my fault?" "yes!"
But if he turns into a ship, at some point don’t he suffer the same fate as merry?

@@panpan1287 Jump on this theory? What does that mean?
Could you imagine luff going full planetary god mode, squeezing the planet like a stress ball around the redline causing all of the sinking and submerged islands to return to the surface....
no
Rayleigh, roger, wb all use (not sure on ray) the phrase "lets turn this world upside down"
And then realising it actually needs to be turned sideways 😛
A possible outcome is an extension of your previous theory regarding pole shifts.
The last pole shift makes the water level certain parts of the world lower (think Ohara tree indication) while other parts higher (think Water 7).
This next pole shift might revert the world to the global geology of the world, maybe around before the "Void Century".
Round cities used to float on all of the world’s currents (Alibarna, Shandora, Water7, FishmanIsland, etc). I believe there were 8 drifting round cities originally. The gates of justice and Enis Lobby (deep sea to sky), ImpelDown(sea surface to deep sea), and Marine Ford (sky to sea surface) moved the drifting cities between the currents. The Knick up stream, and bubbles of Sabaody helped make this possible. These drifting islands were the ancient kingdom. The water in Laws name is from his origins on Water7. Ds were all from the drifting islands

The Vegapunk backstory is about to be crazy 🔥
Thanks u make the journey trough one piece way more enjoyable.✨
Vegapunk did NOT say there probably is a god, he said the question is irrelevant because the world is an interesting enough place in and of itself.
Zunisha being so big makes sense
Keep up the great work and videos Liam love the video
I think the water levels are kept low by 2 methods. The hole in ennies lobby and now lulucia, constantly filtering down to who knows where - probably continuing to build pressure ready to get shot back up. And reverse mountain. i always found it so strange how its the only entrance to the grandline, defies the natural laws of physics, and is the only structure that goes above the redline itsself. It looks as though some "higher power" literally pinched the earth and stretched it - displacing the water by making it travel into the sky. The destruction of the mountain would make the levels rise from the sheer amount of water that flows up it now having to spread out across the world.
Vegapunk says “what I’m about to tell you is so ridiculous you might even burst into laughter” …maybe like how Roger burst into laughter when he found the one piece?
that mystery object that Bege encountered in retrospect is some great prepping
Shiki 10,000%
Luffy’s dream is for everyone to be a pirate, he destroys the redline, world fills with water, certain island float becoming massive pirate ships like thriller bark, everyone else takes to the sea as “pirates”, luffy version of pirates at least
I love your content!
I mean we can never be too sure. Vegapunk saying that the man the Killed him isn't Malicious could be Oda's way of telling us Kizaru still has some good in him considering Kizaru was the one to deliver the Final Blow to Vegapunk.
Heck yeah morning Liam video!
Hey man thanks for responding! Sending Completos from Chile
If Moria really is a budget Imu, then it now makes sense why he captains a floating island.
So... Back to Sanji, that kick to Ethan.
It looked like it hurt, and that stands out from the others barely acknowledging all the stabbings and the odd beheading. There's a clew here.
I mean it’s a full power kick from a yonko commander. What kind of clue do you need?
That color spread was indeed impressive. I’m not even an artsy guy but I found myself looking back at the color spread a few times.
Remember when Roger first met Rayleigh? He mentioned "to turn the world upside down." This was what Roger meant. Land underwater is "upside down".
I also think Vegapunk saw a very real possibility that the time would come that he would need to sacrifice himself to get the message out and that it could be Dragon/the revolutionaries who would have to pull the trigger so to speak and he wanted to make sure the world knew not to blame them. Or someone like Bonnie coming after him for a righteous reason who can only assume he's evil based on the information they have. Basically Vegapunk is just admitting he can't see the future and covering all possibilities, which is really great for our heros who are set to take the blame.
I assumed “HIM” is imu because vegapunk said “I don’t know enough about him” and Saturn said “vegapunk” in a mad way
Stopped the video to comment. When you brought up laboon saving and teaming up with Brook I got some deep chills through my body. The fandom needs a soul king ft laboon concert
I think it might reveal that this the whole reason the Celestial Dragons moved to top of the of the Red Line, not to just look down on the insects but keep safe from the rising water of sinking Island once they grab hold of the Mother Flame!
Every "Royal Palace" in One Piece is on a high place, Dresrosa, Drum Island, Wano, Alabasta, etc. All of them are placed at the top of a plateau, did they know that? is the flooding a cycle? Alabasta's palace is 4000 years old, like five 800-year cycles, Is that what happened in the void century?
All royal palaces that we see are fortresses first and foremost. A fortress has to occupy an elevated position in order to dominate over an area, make it harder for attackers to get in and easier for the defenders to push invaders back. So it has nothing to do with rising sea levels
@@SilverMontegiu finally someone said this. The amount of "theories" that developed after this chapter dont make sense or was already explained. High locations for palaces is the standard norm, not a super detailed plan involving a flood.
Oh wow. You pointing out Rayleighs ship coating and Crocus living in Laboon really puts things into perspective
ROGER'S HAT's METAMORHISED IMAGE IS OF A FISHMAN
Lmao Brook is now the spider expert among the Straw Hats.
I still don't quite grasp how taking something out of the ocean (like an island) makes the level rise in One Piece...
Because let's say you're in your bathtub, the water in it is high because YOU, a human person (probably), are IN the bathtub, thus displacing that water and causing the level to rise. But when you step out? It looks like there isn't as much water anymore, because the YOU that was displacing it isn't in there anymore. One Piece's world is essentially a HUGE bathtub, and thus breaking the Redline would logically even out the sea level and lower it globally as a result, because the Redline's very existence is displacing massive amounts of the ocean.
My best guess is that the water level going up after the Lulusia event is a temporary effect, a ripple of sorts going around the world in a less dramatic visual fashion than a tsunami, and that at some point, it will go back down lower than it was before.
The world sinking MUST be the result of an entirely different phenomenon than the use of the island-erasing laser weapon or the destruction of the Redline. Logically it HAS to be. Or else the One Piece world's water is just not the same kind as ours, or there exists a way to conjure additional water.
You are wrong about physics, or you don't understand how the weapon works. It isn't evaporating all the water there, it's pushing all of it away, no water can flow there anymore, of course the water's gonna rise. Since it's like putting a cone there that no water can get through
Think in the concept of mass.
I get how destroing the redline rises the sealevels. To stay with the bath tub, imagine you lie sideways in it to the ground, but only half of your body is covered with water. This makes you the redline which stands tall above sealevel. Now destroying the line will cause the parts currently above sealevel to drop in, therefore displacing water therefore rising the sealevel. Or you just turning your body until all is under water.
However it makes no f***ing sense to me how this giant hole formerly known as Lulusia lead to a (seemingly constant) rise of the sealevel, as where before was mass which displaced water, now theres nothing which can be filled with water. If anything, the sealevel should have been lowered with its destruction.
Oda science dont make sense at all because it still a fantastic world. Vegapunk will explain how this phenomena happens in detail, and then it will make more sense, but it will still be fantastical stuff.
If you sink an entire island, the part that was above sea level is submerged now and thus the sea level rises. There you go.
VegaPunk's message about his death was also set up for the Strawhats to trust Kizaru at some point
Everyone has been waiting to find out what Dragon has been waiting for… he has ultimate control on the sea. Imagine if the whole world was a giant sea?
Thank you for the recognition Liam san!
The color spread of the crew being chess pieces was so cool and fun
Nami being the queen piece in the colour page😂 foreshadowing 😂
His wife once cosplayed as Nami and then he liked her and got married so just think if he didn't do it what will happen of our ODA 😂
9:43 Baja Blast Levels: Stable 😆
You. Sir. Just made my day.
Vega-Punk is like Albert Einstein, who never worked directly on the atomic bomb, yet is often associated with the advent of nuclear weapons. Mother Flame is like pure enriched Uranium. There was already a Lulusia Kingdom incident (Hiroshima), so there must be one more island getting destroyed (Nagasaki). The World Government is like the USA.
I don't know how it's gonna end, probably something like WW3, most are dead, and a few survive to start everything all over again.
Something that stuck with me from reading this chapter (and I've noticed throughout OP) are the Biblical themes, as you mentioned. But one that jumped out to me is in the panel when Marcus Mars is about to step on the transponder snail, Vegapunk says "Video will one day...connect the entire world. It will mean knowing...and the discomfort of being known. This reminded me of Paul's words in 1 Cor. 13:12 where he writes: "For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we will see face to face. Now I know only in part; then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known." This might've just been good foreshadowing for the coming announcement, but, since Paul is talking about what will happen when the New Creation is ushered in (and the "sea will be no more", as we read in Revelation--the "sea" or chaotic waters, Biblically speaking, refers to the chaos in the world: see Genesis 1 creation story, Noah's ark story, Jesus walking on water--a sign of divinity conquering the chaos, etc.). This stands out even more in light of Marcus Mars's question to Vegapunk's brain, "What is death, exactly...? Where do our ideas truly reside?" Again, a question about eternity/death/the afterlife, etc. It almost seems like Oda at least took themes from this (not suggesting anything religiously). Could just be me grasping at straws, but I find the parallels (and even the fact that they seem so reversed), awesome. But I'll leave the analysis to you, you!
So Liam since you liked the color spread will we get a video of you creating chess sets out of other pirate crews and the marines with pieces drawn by your artists?
I know this has nothing to do with the video but what if Shanks is the Fleet Admiral or just Admiral of Sword. That's why he stopped Akainu from killing Koby and why he is able to get a meeting with the 5 elders. He's letting Luffy run free because he believes that's the right thing to do. And he is going for the One Piece so that Blackbeard doesn't get it.
It's not a theory yet but just a thought
Liam, do you remember when Chopper first started his journey? How he could access seven different transformaitons, but only for a few minutes?
And then, come Enies Lobby, we get the truth that he actually has an *eighth* one, if he was to overdose on his original Rumble medicine?
Post-timeskip kind of ruins this a little bit, by him condensing his forms down to five without the Rumble, and then his (originally eighth) Monster Point with it.
I think this explains why you could see seven Choppers in the color panel, and the eighth one was nowhere to be found!
Vegapunk's message about "good and evil" kinda reminds me of Einstein's dilemma about the atom bomb.
9:43 Baja blast levels stable 😂😂 that’s why GLR is the goat
When usopp floated on the screen as HIM I just about died 🤣🤣
another fun one, thank you milord liam!~
I like the thought of the Gorosei being actually demons that ate human human fruits. If I remember correctly, Vegapunk mentioned there was an advanced kingdom 800 years ago. What I think is this nameless kingdom might have been able to create actually working artificial devil fruits - and the Gorosei got their hands on 6 of those fruits that turn one into a human. Why 6? I think Imu might also be a demon.
I like that theory that says Imu is like VP, VP has his satellite and Imu has Elder's
The snail being inside the giant would prove Oda as the foreshadow got yet again
Due to multiple videos I've just realized that Vegapunk's streaming Den Den Mushi is in One Piece RED used by UTA to transmit her concert.
However, what I just have realized is that the concert actually happened with all the visuals and stuff in the Dream World, so people around the world were able to look at Uta's visions in a dream.
I think those Den Den Mushi might be special because they can transmit brainwaves, not forcibly video!!
There is no transmitor Den Den Mushi, Vegapunk's brain is directly sending the signal.
This theory connects so many dots and makes so much sense now it's crazy. Like is the possibility of the ocean covering everything why devil fruit users are deterred from laugh tale!?!
I think Vegapunk told Borsalino to kill him if it looked like he wasn't going to be able to escape.
Vegapunk's don't blame the person who killed me part of the message really makes me think of being a kid and reading the Half-Blood Prince for the first time. I thought it was obvious from the argument that Dumbledore had with snipe that Dumbledore was going to ask him to kill him, I didn't know why back then but I was sure that was the request and I was right. So what if every time borsalino talked about how he had no choice but to kill an old friend, it wasn't because he was loyal to Saturn it was because he was honoring Vegapunk's wishes in secret
Maybe the WG capture Enel and use him as a battery instead of the mothers flame, his final attack looked similar to the weapon used for Lulusia destruction.
The first 3 seconds of the video sums up the entirety of One Piece tbh. If there was a "GrandLineReview Out of Context" then that should definitely be the first clip used.
im so happy to be alive as this amazing story keeps unfolding
Oda truly hit peak fiction today with a two week cliff hanger that would have made Twain proud.
I love the idea of the elders all being demons who ate human fruits. It would also explain why they tried so hard to get the Nika fruit for 800 years.
Mate, the fact than the world nobles use suits that resembles deep diving suits as an everyday outfit even on top of mary geoise is making a lot sense now.
Another side of the Vegapunk “Don’t assume whoever killed me is evil” could be him knowing EXACTLY who would kill him (Kizaru dealt the killing bow). We’ve seen time and time again where Kizaru is at a moral conflict, he doesn’t WANT to kill Vegapunk but, he’s gone too far, seen too much, done too much, and ignored too much. Vegapunk knows Kizaru though, they literally did the Nika dance together, Vegapunk knows that he isn’t evil and only said this to reassure a collapsed crying Kizaru (him on the battleship).
Though ofc this definitely isn’t the case it’s just cool to think about
love the fallout thunbnail
Too many theories out there and Oda was like “nope.”
Imagine if not only does the red line collapse into the ocean but the moon is also destroyed. The tides would cease to exist, the water levels would rise but the water would essentially be stagnant and unmoving, a world wide calm belt perhaps.
Blackbeard will have something to do with the moon god is my guess since Luffy is the sun god nika.
I had a bit of a realisation about people joining the Straw Hats Crew. As time has gone on the back stories of each new crew member have gotten progressively more tragic (and in the case of Sanji retroactively more) and this is why characters like Vivi, Carrot and Yamato haven't joined.
Bonnie however, could be our first genuine candidate in a while.
Also explains why Shanks has an "Haki-Only" crew .. I mean if the world is going to drown, you need to know how to swim .. That's like bare minimum xD
To be fair though he did ask Buggy to join him 🤔
The pole shift would explain why Whitebeard upon his death said "but as soon as someone finds that great treasure, the entire world will be turned upside down" what if he literally meant it lol. Makes me think that Joy Boy used the One Piece to turn the world upside down as a prank on Imu and the world nobles by flooding their home on the red line which Roger and his crew found hilarious. Before Joy Boys defeat, perhaps that's what the void century was. 100 years of the world tipped upside down/rotated 90 degrees.
I am hyped for the next chapter.
Looking forward to get some mysteries solved e.g. reverse mountain + knockUp stream
All islands floating (à la Iceberg's Water 7 concept) rather than being fixed in place definitely feeds into the core concept of freedom being opposed to the status quo in the OP world. Also something poetic that the travelling island of Zou, which was Zunesha's punishment, will instead simply be viewed in history as the first "free" island.
Cannot believe you didn't incorporate Kuzan into the Manta ad.
