Here in Europe we have pretty fast repair and replacement service with HDVideoshop as the European distributor, and several local dealers in different countries of Europe. In the US the situation is a little more tricky since at this moment there is no service point and all warranty claims go through China directly. This is likely to change in the near future as the brand is gaining more and more popularity and a service point in the US will be set up soon.
