Thanks for the in-depth review! I have enjoyed a lot of King of Tokyo with friends and own the New York version along with some expansion stuff (Power Up cards and that triangle die). Not sure that I want anymore out of this game series, but I'd certainly try this Duel version if I given the chance.
Ha!, the screenshot. For this duel version, my expectation was that, by removing the multiperson banter, its lightness was not gonna be enough to sustain the entertainment factor. Great vid production, btw!
4:35 Probably because it's hard to find friends to play games with. :( I used to have a fairly large group (two separate groups, actually), but between adulting and the pandemic, everyone is doing their own thing these days. I really like 2-player games, personally.

I didnt know some people liked king of new york lol
