I love this video my husband started a cleaning business so I have to support him but I been watching all theses videos or reading stuff online and he doesn’t listen he’s willing to give discount just to get customers. We have a few people that had house that’s over 3,000 square foot and charging 300 or less and they still say it’s too much . Ugh I told him he needs to use the check list as well go over it with them .. I don’t like verbal stuff I want everything in writing .. it’s like people want you to clean their whole house for like 100 bucks I live in Colorado . I have checked other companies they charge so much and I feel we are charging a good price .. I told him don’t just take it to get customers .. it’s over whelming 😢

Definitely going to do a check list and fine tune my operational practices. This is exactly what I need to make my cleaning more efficient and it's a huge plus for time management. I've done extras without charging because yeah I get it but in the future once I have employees it has to be cleaned and charged correctly. I love to know how many hour should a work spend cleaning WC.
What are the extras I should charge ?
What are the things I should do as basic cleaning
And what about deep cleaning?
I take about 3-4 hrs as a beginning housecleaning and I often times will go overtime to do more detailed and organizing however I’m not charging for the job separately should I add a extra charge or keep it hourly?
Also is a move out done on the hour or job ? Ex- if it take 8 hrs to get it done should I charge hourly
Or should I charge for job even if it takes 10 hrs?

Oh man my husband and I have argued about spending types. I have an addiction to LEARNING o have no problem buying the books, the programs, the classes, paying for coaching etc I will happily do so and I have ALOT but my husband on the other hand complains of my spending on these things and gets upset at me for being upset for buying another pair of shoes or some goofy shelf that will be thrown away he spends money on just silly things at silly times and it's frustrating to me. I want to spend money on things that will be valuable to improving our life and quality of living!
Tattling on your husband in TH-cam comments won’t get you anywhere. Sounds like you need marriage counseling pronto.
