Dude. It took me 5 minutes from the time I unboxed it to the time mine looked like that as well lol. Thanks man it takes some force to roll it over from the 180 inverted position to the proper position but once you get it started it springs back on its own. Cheers!

@@JMXCzw I discovered the trick to getting it back to normal the easiest is to actually grab the triangle part where the Bowen’s mount fits. You can get more leverage there and you just put your one hand on the other three wires and grab the twisted one and crank it in the direction it needs to go and it will twist the entire wire back to shape without a lot of effort. I did get three of them back to normal just trying to work it from corner to corner but one was really twisted and I couldn’t get it to budge until I realized how easy it is to twist from the Bowen’s mount side.
@@Raevenswood @Raevenswood That's really helpful. Hopefully, the guys who can't seem to crack it will find this very useful... With the amount of resistance you get, it can get really stressful. Good to know there is a quick workaround. I think I will pin this comment.

My favorite soft box! So compact! I leave both the inner and the outer diffusers installed when im folding it so it save SO MUCH time, all ready to go!

Hey, How are you? So the trick seems to be about feeling. No right formula. The best advice I can give is to try twisting it in the opposite direction.
