    Great truck! I own a 2019 Toyota Tundra Limited CrewMax and love all aspects of the truck! No owner or construction crew is going to just dump bricks into the bed of their truck. That could possibly damage a lot of the bricks used on their project! We get it. The Tundra is tuff, but I’m sure Toyota could of demonstrated how tuff the truck is another clever way!

    As a current tundra owner I’m highly disappointed in this long awaited debut. It looks like a Tacoma. Interior is more crammed like a GM. But I’m glad you can throw a pallet of stone off a second story balcony into the bed. Reliability but there’s already a recall on the turbos. The dealer mark ups are absurd. No one should be paying 3/4 ton money for this truck. Ford F-150 powerboost beats it in just about every category. I’ll be keeping my 2nd Gen for a while

    According to people that bought the new Tundra which also owned the mighty 5.7 v8 Tundra, the real Mpg are the same , similar etc .
    To bad the 5.7 was axed, and 8-10spd would have help to get better MPG

    • @Weatherby406
      @Weatherby406 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      They aren’t even close to the same. The city number is were the turbo 6 saves a ton of fuel. If the v8 is getting 10 mpg in town and the turbo 6 is getting even 13 which I know it gets higher that’s a huge savings over time. 76 vs 100 gallons used over 1000 miles.

And needs tow hooks on the trd off road. But I would trust this truck to last and be trouble free over any of the other brands for sure

      It's 100W while driving. Our family was looking at this truck, but now most likely will go for the F-150. My dad sometimes "works from home" from the backseat on long road trips, and occasionally I'll be doing work as well on a laptop as mom is driving. The power outlets is severely underpowered in the Tundra. It wouldn't be so bad if they added a couple more 12v outlets, but there is only 1 in the entire car, on the dashboard.
