Without a doubt one of my most favorite duets. I’ve always loved this song since the first time I heard it. I wish Sandi and her husband would sing it together during their concerts.
Their voices blend so well together!! It’s good to revisit this timeless classic! We’re all waiting for the Rapture where we will see Him face to face and will never be apart from Him again!
Wayne Watson was just as popular as she was at this time. Interesting Carson didn't know who he was. Makes me think he didn't follow Christian music at the time.
When I listen to the musics of Wayne, Sandi, Amy they fill my heart with a fresh renewal in my walk with the LORD. They are really called by God in the area of music; Guys, may God strengthen you all each day!

Yes indeed. I saw this when it aired and was disappointed to see that Sandi didn't acknowledge Wayne onstage with even a wave or point of her arm. In fact, she's soaking in the crowd's adulation and hands her mic off to Wayne without even really looking at him, and Wayne humbly took it from her while she continued to acknowledge the cheers. Maybe the mic handoff was planned, and Wayne's a humble guy anyway. I do seem to recall that when Sandi got to Johnny's desk, he asked who the male singer was, and I think she said Wayne's name at that point. Johnny must have been blown away by Wayne's vox (as many of us no doubt were), and thought he should be recognized. My thinking at the time was that he sounded a bit like Steve Walsh of Kansas. Just saddened me to not see him acknowledged by Sandi.
There seems to be some kind of issue with these goofy anti-Sandy trolls. The same comments are on multiple videos. Same comments. It's likely former family members who are angry and bitter. Sad, really. Get a life already. Then grow up. I'm not hopeful, though. :)

its the shortened TV version. everything get shortened for tv. its a long song.
This song wouldn't fly on late night TV nowadays. Not to say it's not a great song but the words would not be accepted.
