this sounds a ton like the Mega Man 10 Wily Boss theme; first thought that came to my mind was the Robot Master clone machine bosses in Wily Stage 1 and that boss battle theme comes up.. this tune has the same kind of vibe. it's pretty awesome.

Plumeria's theme is one I'm heavily considering since it borrows heavily from the Team Skull battle theme! :)
Guzma's is a theme that is just better in HQ rather than chiptune, it doesn't really have melody rather instrumentation that makes it appealing. Music with strong melodies are better to arrange into chiptune. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE ya boi Guzma's theme, but it's because of it's instrumentation not melody.

Ultimate Gamer Productions Famitracker doesn't use midi. You would need to input every note manually. it also doesn't naturally export to midi either, but there's a Lua script by HertzDevil that allows for it. I've been meaning to get it installed on my current computer but I keep forgetting. hehe
I fondly remember sitting on the battle menu time and time again to let this song play out. Because if I used Tackle on Skull Grunt #357's Zangoose it would faint and the song would stop. Because the battle would be over. After 1 pokemon. Again...... I kinda hate this game.
