How to make jelly polishes with alcohol Inks. In this video I'll be using Adirondack alcohol inks to make my own jelly nail polishes. This is a very easy way to make them. I hope you enjoy this video if so please give it a thumbs up and share.

I love this method for making jelly polishes! I've made them by adding colored polish to clear polish, but it separates and ends up cloudy. I've already made a green jelly polish with the alcohol ink method and I can't wait to make more with my other inks. :-)

I just did this with india ink, which is pretty similar to alcohol ink. I assumed the alcohol ink would work the same way. Glad to know it does! Did you know you could use the alcohol ink to make the colorful marble nails? I didn't, but I quickly found that out and I was too excited about it. This is a good informative video.
Lol, as a paper crafter, this was obvious to me but then again, I use UV gel polish sometimes in card making! The bonus is there is no drying time. I find a lot of products can cross over...

WOW I’ve just discovered something spectacular thanks to you AND found another use for my alcohol inks twiddling their thumbs in the back of the cupboard lol. Amazing, and both methods work but I like the ink added to the top coat I prefer. Need to get some extra nail brushes I can just dispose of but thinking about it I’ve got quite a few polishes at the end now so I can just clean up the brushes and use those! Thank you for sharing ❤️

I used the wet and wild top coat for mine and some empty polish bottles. Poured about half in an empty bottle then add inks to each bottle. At 1.00 a bottle for the top coat its worth it.

What a great tutorial an EASY way to make jelly's. I so appreciate the way you explained everything about the process especially about not using gel polish until after nobody else has explained that with theirs!! when you talk in your videos i lluv it!!don't get me wrong I love all types of music but NOT on TH-cam tutorials it drives me nuts sorry. MzJonezNyaBonez Kelly , my guess would be it depends on the top coat you use. Alcohol ink itself dries really quick, within about 30 seconds. If you mix it up with a top coat, I'd say about a minute or two.

Yes, you can. I have... use a builder gel, though. It's thicker.
