Why can't you spray adhesive on the insulation right away after it's cut and ready to place into the van? Do you need to wait for it to expand for a reason?
looks like a mold/ mildew nightmirrior compete tear out and redo in the makeing...Sorry been there done that, have the T shirt. ypu can't comoletly seal moisture out of the inner walls,, ypu will 100% eventueally have a mold issue eventueally when useing soft material as insulation...Best wish

did you have to buy a second roll of insulation? or was 1 enough?
We had to purchase a second roll.
Why can't you spray adhesive on the insulation right away after it's cut and ready to place into the van? Do you need to wait for it to expand for a reason?
We had to wait because of the temperature, we did this in the middle of winter. We didn’t have a warm enough space to insulate right away.
How many cans of spray did you go through?
