Spotting a friend's flight landing and taking off from Cleveland and more! Also Spirit A321neo rescue flight!

MX President Tom Doxey was in CAK today for the inaugural CAK-LAX flight & he said that they are considering making CAK a crew & maintenance base. He said to expect new destinations from CAK in 2025, including possibly international, Caribbean, PHX & SAN. MX is currently getting FAA approval for international service.
I saw that he said that. Really exciting news for CAK!
DL was in motion while NK was parked at the gate & passengers were in the process of boarding for LAX.
That definitely is in line with the pictures I saw. Crazy
I noticed on DL's flight schedule between CLE-ATL in July, they upgraded aircraft size on the 8 nonstops, including a 757 @ 12:04. The others are 5 321s & 2 737-900ERs. That's not unusual for summer travel with 321s but the 757 is different for CLE.
Where did you find that?
@@RhineYT As always, I go to the airline's website for info about that particular airline. For this, go to DL's website & act as if you're booking a flight CLE-ATL. I used the date of July 11. Flight 2523 @ 12:04 shows it's a 757. The other 7 flights listed on their site shows the other equipment.
@@tpajay yeah I checked the website now I see it and it’s exciting
@@RhineYT It might be an upgrade because of the Pan American Games in CLE that week because their schedule only shows a 757 for a week or so. The following week, it becomes a A321 again.
