Great video!..Last Heavy jet I ever saw depart on 28 was a UAL DC-10 back around 1999.
I bet that was a wild sight! I was hoping they would try it with the 777. We almost never see anything on that runway anymore.
I usually fly to a different city in the United States once a month. This month being next Monday I'm flying to Cleveland from Tampa pretty excited about it, never been to Cleveland before

We have had some flurries but no real snow yet. We normally start seeing it around the end of December to the middle of January. Hopefully never :D

Wow. Would love to have been there to see the 28 action. When I was a kid my dad took us there to watch the action parking off Brook Park road along the fence. Constellations, DC7's, and the new 727's

Where do you go for plane spotting in Cleveland? My go to spot is the Aviator but I feel like there’s better options
Aviator is the "main" spot and probably the best for runway 24R ops but there are definitely other places around the airport that are better especially for the 6s or 24L.

Dose Cleveland have a west facing runway
28-10 is the closest thing we have to a east-west runway but nothing exactly due west.
Browns went to Texas, and Defeated the Texans, resulting in the Texans getting themselves eliminated from the NFL playoffs.
And then the Texans almost beat the Cowboys. Gotta love it!
I saw that Cessna on flightradar24 and thought that had to be a mistake. Great video, I’ve never seen runway 28 get used

I flew in from Minneapolis/St. Paul 2 days earlier and visited my Dad in the Cleveland Clinic and flew back on the 5th. I'm glad I made it out to see him as he passed away on the 14th.
I am glad that you made it out here to share those moments with you dad. I am sorry for you loss.
Losing a parent isn't easy, I've lost my mother a couple months ago on this date.
