    Sure lots of work... but its fun work, so is it really work at all...??!! LOL That's the way I approach it any way, good or bad. I don't like to drop trees either unless they are dead or just a major pain to negotiate around. I gotta hand it to ya in the tenacity and perseverance department David... You Rock !! Jeez...I like the grapple.

    Hi David! That’s been a difficult stretch of trail to tame but you made good progress with the grapple and even your Cub Cadet. Thanks for sharing!

      Hey Martin! Yes sir, this was the shortest stretch of trail I've cut and it was the most challenging of them all - which is why I procrastinated on getting it done. LOL Thanks for watching, my friend. :)

    Great video. Highly recommend at brush weedeater by STIHL (ex FS 240) with an 8" circular blade. And a removable toothbar for your bucket!! Makes quick work for trails

    How's she goin'? The grapple sure is a handy attachment eh. The trails are nice but a lot of work to keep them usable. Saving the trees and negotiating around them is a challenge sometimes but rewarding when you finish eh!! Nice work. Take care!!!

    • @PaleHorseOutdoors
      @PaleHorseOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Mike! Oh man, so much work! And with all these trees, it's pretty much constant maintenance, too. Totally worth it though. Thank you for watching, my friend! Good to see you. :)

    Really nice video as you explain, simply thank goodness, what trailblazing is like. One suggestion, since I have a nice wood cutting protective headgear piece, I have is to put on safety goggles. You almost poked your eye out. Be careful and keep up the good recording.

    • @PaleHorseOutdoors
      @PaleHorseOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks Ed! Yeah you're right about eye protection. I should do better at that. The goggles I have keep fogging up, but my Stihl logging helmet would work. It's saved my face a few times already! Thanks for watching, my friend. :)

    Looks like it’s coming along great.. are your rear tires filled? You can probably do more than you think with the grapple if they are. My rear tires are filled, plus I have the benefit of the backhoe for weight.

    • @PaleHorseOutdoors
      @PaleHorseOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks David! No I'm not sure I want to deal with having filled tires. I may some day if it becomes an issue, but so far I've gotten along well without doing it. Yeah, having a backhoe must be nice!

    • @PaleHorseOutdoors

    • @PaleHorseOutdoors
      @PaleHorseOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh man, that's too bad. I know you'd get a lot done with a grapple and they're just plain fun to use too. Thanks for watching, my friend. I'll see you soon! :)
