    Im 64 now finally got a JD tractor, with a mulcher, when i was yer age, my BF and i built countless miles, with machete, saw and had cutters, its damn hard work, we worked harder on weekends that at work all week, but those rides and adventure great stuff, i moved to a new farm to retire, bad feet, so now i ride a cab, and walk through all new bush, to have a place the wife and I can ride, side by side, i hope the kids back home use amd maintain my years of work, good way to stay in shape, and love life, riding and hunting, good video

      It can be hard work no doubt. Especially in swampy areas or in thick bush. I'm lucky as it is not all that thick here. I just bought a new 1025r this spring with a chipper to help clean up more of the brush on the trails and around my place.
      Thanks for the comment!!

    I used my stihl saw a lot. this summer clearing shooting lanes. The deer and bears will use those trails too. They like the path of least resistance. Good luck with the deer hunting

    Hundred, hundred and twenty feet of trail to blaze, find two or three trees on the ground in the morning. Pretty standard trail cutting party

    • @AdamCraigOutdoors
      @AdamCraigOutdoors  ปีที่แล้ว

      oh yes. It cuts through wild raspberries with ease. It will cut small maples and pines. Where leather work boots because if the blade comes off you could be in trouble!!

    Most of the brush depending how big I just leave there and then just rip through the trail a bunch of times with my 6x6 and that packs them down and then once they are down they will add extra traction when it’s muddy

      @AdamCraigOutdoors  3 ปีที่แล้ว

    Good choice of tools. The trimmer sounds a little bit lean on the high speed adjustment screw. Give it about a quarter to half turn out and it should hit its full throttle power band of about 10,000 rpm and should sound like it hits a rev limiter. I tune two strokes and pretty much do this to every peice of equipment that comes in to be repaired.
