In my limited dating experience one thing I figured out the movies get wrong is women do NOT want to be told "I love you." It freaks them out and pushes them away because it means something different to them than it does to us. But I did the smart thing and didnt say it until she said it first 6 months into dating. At that point she was finally mentally ready to commit.
Communication is vital. And yet, men need to learn all these complicated signals and body language to even come close to understanding what a woman may or may not be feeling. A recipe for failure. Just communicate openly and honestly, please.
Right now my connection with a gal is only over FB as she lives in another state. There are times when I feel she wants nothing to do with me and then times I'm really surprised she shares certain things to me. All of the other signs you mention are all about being physically close so I can't tell.

After age of 28 if they ain't successful in life to take care of emself financially. They will want a "good Man"(good Man definition). A not so attractive Man which doesn't have plenty of options but has a stable financial situation, they're safety net.When a Woman say looks doesn't matter, she is cappin. Either she ain't attracted to that guy like that and she don't wanna hurt his feelings. Either she is very much attracted and she doesn't wanna sound like shallow and superficial. It is what it is, life is a tought experience. Learned around age of 20 that real love is very but very rare, if is real genuine love on both sides and not just lust, that sh^t will last forever. Unfortunately most people will be w you because they want smth out of you, or you provide a certain thing, or you make them feel in a certain way, applicable for both genders.
One Really easy way to find out. Have a friend ask the both of you (while together) if you are just friends or something more. If she doesn't have friend or less (ex: acquaintance) in her answer, she's likely at least interested. Not all of us are dumb, we know that saying friend can lock the relationship to just friendship. If you think something changed and she became interested, have someone ask again. And of course, never say friend yourself if you're interested. Being together when asked will give her the big clue about you as well.
