I have a situation. My coworker is with a friend of mine. She is pregnant but she constantly flirts with me. It doesn't matter if he is around or not. There is a mutual attraction but I just can't go there. Not sure how to handle this.
Some women will flirt for fun with men they trust and are attracted to, but don't necessarily mean to take it further and cheat on their current partner. I've known a couple of women like this. You could just look at things that way, but if she tries to escalate things further, you might have to actually ask her what her intentions are. Then, depending on what she says, tell her you're not interested in getting involved sexually / don't want to be a party to cheating, etc.
