Thanks for the detailed video! I didn't use any of these commands personally but I turned off the "screen time" feature (which I personally don't care about) and that finally saved my battery from draining while it was asleep. It was insane how my battery was initially going from 100% to 48% while my MacBook was asleep! Now that I've turned off screen time, my battery went from 100% to 99%, which is far more reasonable for a new computer.
Wow, thank you for the tip! I was disconnecting all on my mac, bluetooth and wifi and the battery was still draining during the sleep, but now is much much better! Thank you again!
mmh but the thing is, I have always had this feature turned on, but the battery draining while the Mac was asleep only started a few days ago, in my case... anyway I will try out your tip and hopefully it will work , thanks! UPDATE: It really worked!!! THANK YOU!
So.... did you find anything on yours? I had linux installed on mine, but went back to Monterey to check it out, and it doesn't ever hibernate/deep sleep. So I might as well go back to linux at this point.

Mine has always been off but still drains :/
Please how did you turn it off, I'm using a M2 MacBook pro, i went to my settings but there is no option to turn of "screen time" feature.
...ok but for those who dont understand any of this,,, there no follow along video with an actual mac on how to do this?
This video is shit tbh, he never bother to just show the actual terminal and instead use those pointless fancy graphics instead.
