I was very happy to see the Kickstarter launch, and the trailer looks great too! Previously I've been a bit apprehensive about WR because working with volunteers and dream isnt always reliable, but with some financial backing in place I think I'm climbing aboard the hype train again. 🚂
I really feel the roleplaying of this character. He feels like a really flawed, interesting guy that is so relatable. He doesn't feel evil. He is more like an authority defiant survivor guy who does what he can to keep one foot ahead of the law. Not a master thief, but a guy with the nards to grab what he can when he gets the opportunity. So glad you recommended those Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser books they really fit the vibe of this guy
Hey Micah, I was never into Daggerfall when I first played it but I stumbled onto your channel last week and I’ve been binging every video. I’m a truck driver so it really helps to have long videos to listen to and I’ve been really invested. Now I’ve been playing Daggerfall on the Steam Deck after remapping all the controls and getting Unity working. It’s a far more in depth and interesting game than I initially thought, and it makes for an enjoyable way to relax after driving all day. I hope your channel grows good sir.
You channel really opened up Daggerfall for me, while I am not quite moving around as smoothly as you are. Watching your channel, and listening to the role playing really helped me plant roots. Now I am running around as Azmaran Darkarrow, a Dark Elf, born into a poor family, but with his speed, charm with merchants, and ability with a short sword, he is scouring dungeons making generational wealth, and solving the mystery the Emperor has sent us to solve. Something of an altruist, he has no problems picking a lock and stealing to get his way, but seeing things such as murder, or kidnapping, turns his stomach. Even though he is thought of as something of a thief, he felt the call of the Knightly order, so between time running task for the Resolution, he is doing heroic deeds for the Dragon order
I've said this before but I'll repeat myself: role playing in video games is dope as fuck. Even in non-RPGs, you can always find ways to insert your persona into the experience somehow and breathe (makes breathing sound) some extra s o u l into the game. Micah is an absolute chad for running a channel dedicated to spreading this important message. Anyone can play Cookie Clicker or Coddlefield and get a dopamine fix; role playing is for the higher understanding. It elevates the game and in turn, you, the gamer. 👑
I have no idea what this game is, but your passion keeps me coming back to listen. I usually have it in the background while drawing. Thanks for the videos 👍
I drink a Boost for breakfast, an Ensure for dizzurt Somebody ordered pancakes, I just sip the sizzurp That right there could drive a sane man bizzerk Not to worry, Mr. H-to-the-Izzo's back to wizzerk
finally had time to catch up with the series again, i was watching episode 9 and saw that you actually named the horse after ronaldinho, i kinda said it as a joke but it was super cool to see that you really rolled with it 😁
Your mention of rivers and such near the beginning reminded me of the youtuber Any Austin who recently made a in-depth analysis of Skyrim's river systems. If you find some spare time, I really recommend you watch it!
The greenhouse reminds me of the Harkonnen/Bene Gesserit water-filled plant room in the Arakeen Palace from the first Dune book. A desert where water is rare, but the selfish royalty don't care if a single room could support an entire Fremen sietch
Man every time I try to install the mods you have it bugs out. The only problem I run into is that some npcs at cities and billiard are stretched. They’re too wide and too tall do you know any fixes
Always makes me smile to see another video. Wayward Realms Kickstarter is live now too from the creators of Daggerfall!

It's called Daggerfall, my son, way before Skyrim people used to play this.
Do you have a DeviantArt? I'd like to see your art❤

I've played many characters in Daggerfall but never finished the main storyline. Kinda tempted to start again and give it a go.
I was just wondering when the new video would be up! Such a nice surprise :)
3:25 dnd has a whole host of aquatic enemies
It's happening!
Boost + Ensure is too much power for one man to have.
Surcoat is a lucky shirt
