Install Windows 7 Pro SP1 on VMware Workstation Pro 17

[Windows 7, VMware Workstation Pro] This time, I have summarized how to install Windows 7-pro-sp1 on VMware Workstation 17, which was recently made free.
Let's revive the Windows 7 that's lying around at home in a virtual environment.
This time, the network is set to host-only so that it cannot be connected to the outside world.
OS that is no longer supported should not be connected to the internet.
This time, I used an ISO file that was lying around on a server at home. I happened to find SP1, so I tried installing it with that. (lol)
Procedure summary)
1. Get the patch
Get the following patch

Copy to USB2.0
2. Create a new virtual machine with VMwareWorkstaionPro17
Create a new virtual machine (custom)
Select Hardware Compatibility 17.X ← This is important
Select Install OS later
Guest OS Windows: Version Windows7 x64
Drive is SATA
3. Install VMwareTools
Unmount (remove) the installer ISO
・From the Virtual Machine menu, select Install VMware Tools
・Auto-run will start here, but leave it pending
・Switch the USB connection from the host to the guest OS
・Install patches from the USB in the following order
KB4474419 → Requires reboot
KB4490628 → No reboot required
・Launch setup64.exe from Explorer
・Reboot after installing MVwareTools
・Try changing the window size and copying files directly from the host to the guest
Notes)
Product key authentication has been omitted.
If you have a product key and need it, you can manually authenticate it over the phone.

解説、大変参考になりました。質問なのですが、インストール後のwin7が非常に重く
音もノイズのようなものが入ります。
win7を快適に動作させる為の設定を教えていただけないでしょうか？
当方のPCスペックは以下で、十分なスペックはあるつもりです。
CPU:13世代i9
メモリ:192G
グラボ:RTX4090

すいません。原因はよくわからないですが、
グラフィックの3Dアクセラレーションを外すとか。。
多分ですけど、Windows7存命j時に存在しなかったデバイスに対応できていない感じですね。
もちろんVMware側の問題なのですが。。

下記の設定を行ったところ、快適に動作するようになりました。
プロセッサ数:1
プロセッサごとのコア数：1
Windows 7 x64.vmxに以下の設定をテキストで追加
mainMem.useNamedFile = "FALSE"
MemTrimRate = "0"
sched.mem.pshare.enable ="FALSE"
prefvmx.useRecommendedLockedMemSize = "TRUE"
MemAllowAutoScaleDown = "FALSE"
これで今の所、ぬるぬる動いております
