@@Kidvini2025 the multiple imbalances are created / solved through player selection … go back and watch the first half against Espanyol- that’s the best half of football we have played this season in terms of balance build up creating chances and keeping possession- in the second half we conceded a goal and immediately Carlo took off Arda 🤷♂️ just watch the games and see for yourself. You cannot select 3 or 4 box to box midfielders and then say the balance is a team issue and not a selection issue … doesn’t matter what formation you play you still need creative midfielders you can keep possession and distribute the ball or build up play through phases of passes, Guler provides that and that’s what balance the team is missing. The way he is playing reminds me of Luxembergo who played a 4-2-2-2 too central too many similar players occupying similar spaces with similar qualities. In this last game we played 4 central midfielders. Valverde is an 8 Bellingham for all his offensive abilities is not a 10 but an amazing 8 Tchoumeni is a 6 camavinga is a 6 … honestly how can you say the team is not balanced when you play two 8’s and two 6’s 😂 it’s ridiculous- we have no true striker like a Joselu who occupies the central space with two central defender we have no true wingers who can beat a man and put in a cross with his natural foot - that’s why I insist on playing Fran because he provides natural width. Problem is that Ancelotti relies too much on individual brilliance of players like Vinicius, Bellingham, Valverde,Millitao instead of team as unit to win matches. When these players are in injury, Real Madrid struggle to win.

Hey Ancelotti, I know you are trying to send Arda from the team, but you can not speak out it as the fans and the management love him.
I believe that you are waiting for him to show low performance or bad behaviour so that you can have right to complain against him.
You praise Arda on the screens, sometimes you promise him that he will play, but you don't give him time until you get in trouble. This is not a good behaviour, why do you do this?
You know better thatn anyone that young players are more emotional and can not afford unjustice. You are doing this to frustrate and annoy him.
Either don't promise him, or if you promise let him play. Be honest, if you want him leave the team, tell him directly, do not play games. You have no right to shatter a young footballer's dreams like this. Arda deserves to play for Real as much as Yamal deserves to play for Barcelona.

Listen Carlo is a master manager. He owns the Champions League. May be just time for a refresh of tactics at Madrid with a new manager. Carlo has been there since 2013. But I think the team in general lacks motivation. First of all, since the start of the season Carlo has had no idea about the game. Constantly the same tactics, stupid decisions and changes, for example in the match against Atletico. Secondly, his idea is over. I hope next season Perez will bring in Xabi Alonso because a new idea is needed here. Check the heat map from the match against Lille. We had 4 midfielders and where was our midfield? On the left and right flank leaving the middle open 🤷 Endrick is too aggressive.
