thoughts on Endrick? I hope the team performance last match with him starting wont effect his future opportunities - it seems Carlo understands it was not his fault he did not have support from the midfield.
I think Endrick will certainly get more opportunities, although I don't think those would be as a starter at the moment. He is a very aggressive striker and that is very good for the team and Ancelotti knows that. His role will be like Joselu's last season... but will certainly have chances as a starter from time to time. There is a problem in creating chances for attackers from the midfield, the only players who are able to create chances currently are Arda Güler, Bellingham, Modric and the statistics tell us that Vinicius is a chance creator, but he does not drop down to midfield because that is not his thing to do.

Complacency will be his downfall. Real Madrid defense is not the best especially when pressed and Ancelotti hasn't done anything to train his defenders on how to come out of pressing. There's no intensity, no proper build ups, no connection between his attackers. Carlo Ancelotti still rely on brilliance of individual players to create condition to score and to win games instead of training Real Madrid to play as a unit in attacking and defending.

Adar Guler needs to play more frequently because in midfield no one got what he has,Camavinga Tchouameni even Bellingham can't play like how his playing,all these midfielders can't controll the tempo,Camavinga has no consistancy in his perfomances,Tchouameni is very slaw but only good in defence,while Bellingham excellent in attack,,but someone to controll in middle of the park and provide those passes we are appsolutely don't have,,but for me Adar Guler is the main man in that regard,it just that Ancelotti is such a difficult manager doesn't trust young players no matter how good the player is,,if Adar was playing for Barcelona should be on his highiest form right now because of his playing minutes but here at real not trusted,and the team will not comes out of this problem until Guler plays as a midfielder not as a winger not as an attacking midfielder but plays a centrall midfielder,,so i don't like to hear what Ancelotti says,he said Guler can't just be fitted in due to the quality we got in midfield
I think Ancelotti knows the quality Arda Guler has... but he thinks first about the hierarchy of the players rather than the needs of the match... most of the time. I guess he thinks that he is very young and he can wait, but that is a mistake. And I think everybody knows this... he is getting questions on Arda Güler in most of the press conferences. The thing is... if Arda starts the game and makes the difference, how could he keep him off the pitch?, Arda Guler will make the difference for sure... and that would be a problem for Ancelotti.

So Ancelotti knows Real Madrid problems/weaknesses in the pitch and yet he doesn't take time to address them. A good coach takes risky and tough decisions for the team to win. Real Madrid has the best quality squad in the world whom 90% are super stars,yet he doesn't know how to make them gel. He doesn't want to start the game with Guler even though inexperienced as creative player but he makes difference when he's in. Yes Modric is the experienced creative midfielder present in Real Madrid but he can't run or play for 90 minutes. Why can't he rest Valverde or he's waiting for him to make mistakes. We are being told that Carlo Ancelotti is the best tactician and yet he doesn't know how make Vinicius, Mbappe and Rodrigo how to gel. He complain about lack of intensity from his players but its the responsibility of the coach to train your players how to play from buildup to attacking. When Hansi Flick came to Barcelona, we knew that Barcelona was attacking slowly with its predictable ball possession style of football but that changed completely after the arrival of Hansi, who trained Barcelona players how to play his system of football which involves Intensity in attacking and defending, quick transition unlike slow horizontal attacking football under previous coaches and Hansi also trained Barcelona attacking front row how do different pressings against opponent defenses. What i am saying is that all comes to the coach in training his players how to do transition quickly and with intensity.
He is a great coach without a doubt, and he certainly knows what the team's problems are. But it is also true that he is not a risk-taking coach, which is one of the reasons why in difficult matches he takes so long to make changes. I think he also has emotional ties with some players with whom he has won titles, so that makes things a bit more complicated when choosing a line-up. While other coaches, like Hansi Flick, doesn't have that... not to mention that Hansi Flick is relatively a new coach and don't think much about hierarchies or media commitments, so taking risks is much easier. That being said, I think they should definitely use Arda Guler a lot more, he is a talent that needs to be taken advantage of. With Arda Guler on the field in the last UCL match, the team took twice as many shots than before.

Ancelotti is very one sided he doesn't see how Arda Guler plays, this kid has all the skills and brain to put in the game and very few minutes he played in last match he energized the team despite teams locking to see him as a player other than Modrich.
Yes, but unfortunately, Ancelotti thinks first about the hierarchy rather than the needs of the team... at least most of the time. I think this is one of the management techniques he uses to maintain control and harmony in the team.
I think he needs to switch up things a bit identifying what is lacking on & off the pitch then addressing it with action take not of players who are not 100% fit introduce them 2nd half like mbappe & camavinga..play valverde,Tchouameni & bellingham middlle 3 & guler as an attacking Mid..Then Vini & Mbappe(If fully fit)..introduce Modric ,Endrick & Rodrigo 2nd half(Though rodrigo has proven time & time again to be a strarter..Also Start fran garcia for attacking...then mendy 2nd half for defence purposes..Magnify stregnth of individual players rather than shun them
