Watched your carb video for my sons 110, figured I’d check out this video as well. Great content and thanks for the posts!

Thanks! I need to throw a couple more together on these things.
Hope these will help you have trouble-free time with your kids.

I ordered the same shocks and ran into the same problem with the shims

Where can you find shims that fit it? If I don't have a way to make them.

I kept saying shim - I should have said bushing - but, you could buy them a number of places on the internet. Just Google "steel bushing" and find the size you need.

Please sir, I have been eyeballing these same shocks you got for a Wheeler I bought for my daughter that is unrideable until it has new shocks on it. I bought it brand new but these shocks that came on it don't have any travel at all. How much travel do these shocks you just put on have if pressed down on the front? Mine don't budge and I'm wondering if these are suitable replacements.

I’ve been extremely happy with these. They were definitely a worthy upgrade for us.

What should I torque my shocks at. Please help it’s for my son
And what do you have these set at?

I went with 2 “Ugga-dugga’s” on these. I’ve played with the settings based on each of my kids preferences. They’re both set differently.

"I don't even know if this is TH-cam-worthy..." LOL Why did I even watch this? I don't even have any Chinese ATVs. Oh yeah, just for entertainment purposes.

andygrose 😂 How do 9 year old girls bend shocks like this?
Also, TH-cam videos are soo time consuming. Even my marginal stuff takes multiple takes...
And I said shim like 3,273 times, when I should have been saying spacer.. Oh well..

What's the benefit of cutting it off?

@@BellyUpFishGarage from what I have seen on some it is merely for optics, just a hunk of metal

@@JustinTuthill Yeh, it's not a high priority. This suspension swap made a big difference on the kids quads.
We've actually moved past them. Recently sold one and the other is, well, the kid was kinda hard on it. LOL
