Here are things to try to deal with people abusing Godmode besides the tank method: 1. Lure them into a Gang attack. 2. Trick them into accepting an invite to your property. 3. Figure out what properties they own and push them into the entrance of one of them. Going into an interior can sometimes kick people out of Godmode. 4. If you want them away from the city, lure them to the top of the map then have someone on the orbital cannon blow up any vehicle they enter. Now they have to either run all the way back to the city, or teleport into a building that will most likely remove their Godmode. 5. Vote to kick them from the session. If at least half of all players in the session do this, they will eventually be kicked. 6. If all else fails, leave. Their Godmode won't do much for them if they have no-one to fight. People who use Godmode when fighting other players are pathetic and should all be banned. I'm pretty bad at online PVP myself but even I never stoop to that level.
Godmode is the same mentality as easy way out. Players want to kill, but are shit scared of taking a death from another player, it shatters their pride or their dog gets kidnapped or something if they get killed. it's just such an odd way of thinking in a game like gta. Like prof said, just take the death. death comes to us all, all we can do is smile back. it really isn't going to hurt you, especially virtually😂😂
Start up a ceo job (headhunter) then get a tank and park it on the godmode turd. I use to orb godmode turds but rock* patched that shortly after I discovered I could do this
I'm surprised you didn't make a mention of a specific type of griefer if not the most common thing in any session. I'm talking about the types that go on killing sprees either by killing every player in sight or targeting a specific player and killing them over and over without provocation. To me, I hate this type the most because they target players who are defenseless or aren't even interested in fighting. They tend to go beyond destroying cargo and seemingly enjoy ruining someones day, then these same people believe that killing someone 30-2 is just part of the game. Edit: I quit the game a few years ago
Which is why i missed the friendly free roam mode in Red Dead Redemption multiplayer and the option where you just can enter pvp matches whenever you feel for it.
Just go passive mode if you want to play in populated sessions without getting killed. Freemode is not only for people who don't fight without provocation.
Let’s be real we’ve all been head to head with that one gta player who comes at you first and when you retaliate they act like you started it first and ragequit
This is so annoying. Then we'll PvP and then I'll get a message I'm a sweat when I'm literally a semi casual semi grinder when they got FULL tactical. I'm good with a sniper in GTA and they all dislike that.
My response to griefers is always the same and it always works😂 I be driving, chilling, and then boom some kid blows me up with a MK2. Never fails, they have some “tacticool” getup with the giant goggles and face paint. What I do is I just respawn and just stand there because they will come back and try to blow me up again. So they do, and I respawn and just stand there… repeat however many times they try. Eventually they get bored, which happens in less than a couple minutes, every single time😂
I love RC Vehicles for dealing with people who are trying to fight me for no reason, it basically says "im not going to fight you, at least not fairly" and they usually back off. but otherwise, its pretty scummy to use them to mess with people, but, that goes for every feature in this game
I once got a message from another player saying "1-0" but the weird part is that I wasn't even fighting the guy and I didn't even want to fight him, so I figured he was either messing with me for no reason or he somehow sent me that message by mistake.
I got the same message after the kid killed me and after I went after he ran to his apartment and called his lvl 300 friend for help I called him a tryhard and guess where him and his boyfriend went the orbital cannon
Because he’s a low life who keeps score with every random they kill, they usually try to kill you 1 time send you that message to bait you into chasing them while they hide or go passive and talk
10 reasons why I quit playing GTA Online We can also add some honorable topics about why we stopped playing... For me its bc of the amount of god awful GTA+ Monetization bs that Rockstar has been pushing lately and the fact that they ruined the Cayo Perico Heist which was my favorite way of making money besides MC businesses
@@Maverick_Jones45same here dude, also 10 reasons why I quit GTA Online simply because of its ridiculously toxic community and I don’t miss the game at all.
When i was playing gta online i allways played it with my friends or played solo, i rarely go into a public lobby because there are some toxic morons who just kill you over and over again, or some modders who just cage you and then kill you, or cage you until you change to another lobby or sometimes crash your game.
The only other pvp game that I’ve seen where player’s purposely kill themselves to avoid getting killed by other players is Overwatch to avoid feeding the opponent ultimate charge when the fight has been lost.
Another annoying player is when they have the Paleto Bay Arcade (worst location) and they don't do the LV 2 Security Pass Preparation of the Casino Heist. This preparation is not complicated and it's easy to do. The heist is over before getting inside the casino. No sane person wants a heist to last an hour
Yeah i noticed that too. Reason is probably that it's not clear in the set up board. It's kinda hidden, also other setup jobs have this because there's a secundairy option like choosing different weapons or cars.
You forgot the Military type players who group up together (usually 3-6 of them) to find a lone victim and bait into thinking it’s regular pvp, but if the victim so much as uses a base pistol on any of them it’s open season to spawn trap them with savages, tanks, and thermal snipers and anything else under the sun. 😂😂😂
I’m so glad that I joined a peaceful crew that hosted public lobbies back before they let you do stuff in invite only. Didn’t have to worry about any toxic players and always had help with sales & stuff.
I couldn't care less about heist money, ask nicely and thou shall receive. But when someone starts demanding they either get 15% or just kicked, I can easily do heists with friends or someone who's already happy with 20% (low level 2nd chars or beginners for example)
Prison break heist I REFUSE even with friends to touch any role that is not pilot I refuse to do anything but fly the velum. And that is because how many times I've had to restart the heist because someone crashed the velum lol
100% it's really the most disgraceful sigh of failure when someone uses it like bro you just spent the best part of a Million dollars to kill me once ............. that is small dik energy to the extreme
One solution for the orb warp thing, it’s for rockstar to allow a teleport using a service transportation service to these heist locations. In that way it’s not an immediate “get out of jail card”
13:55 In Resident evil 6 there is a mode called agent hunt. It's where you play as a zombie and you have to kill main characters. If you die from a player you will drop loot, if you "evo" you wont drop anything
The most annoying players for me are the ones in races that either kick players whom are high level like 1000 or allow them to race, but then call them a cheater for them going faster than they are even if the player tells them how they are going fast the annoying player will double down.
The worst type of people on heists are the type who mess up last second and just leave, or leave as you’re driving to the final checkpoint to finish the heist, like bruh… whyyyyy
I remember doing the Pacific Standard with a random friend and randoms. It was the WORST experience yet. When we were doing the finale, one specific players never cooperated AT ALL. I would message him numerous times and I never received a single response. It went on for two hours straight and I felt disappointed so I blocked him. Since then, I done everything solo and sometimes I play with my friends.
What i find really funny in Heists is that there seem to be quite alot of randoms who don't know how to reach a checkpoint while flying. In the Humane Labs finale, i came across many people who were the pilot and kept circling directly above the facility and not paying attention to the marker on the map pointing upward so they're constantly ontop of Humane Labs not knowing what to do. The heist hasn't even properly started at that point btw. Same with Prison Break. During the finale i came across so many people who flew the Velum just over the sea instead of being way higher up for the parachute drop and when they don't know what to do anymore they crash the Velum into the water and resetting the entire Prison Break
honestly, i was one of those people back in the day. first time i completed prison break, i had no idea i had to fly that high up. i kept circling the sea until a teammate told me to fly higher
I agree with what you’re saying here I’ve been saying this for years and only allow people to lock onto NPC’s and not people with any missile guided vehicle!!
Spamming easy way out is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen a player do in any videogame I've ever played lol, not only they look ridiculous doing it, but like what is the point? if you refuse to "lose" that's not pvp, you're not a more skilled player for not allowing others to get you, you look pathetic.
You could add a cool down to the Orbital Strike Cannon after you accept the Heist Inv. ( maybe a 10 or 15 Minute cool down and it stacks every time you warp to your facility )
I lost 111 crates during double money 2 days ago because a griefer went out of his way past Mount Chilliad to blow me up with an oppressor while I was on my last crate drop : )
I first played GTA Online in 2017 before Doomsday heist. I didn’t know much of businesses in the game except heists and even I eventually have Import Export business I still kept playing heists. I always love the heists in such crime games like Grand Theft Auto. But my enthusiasm here can’t help with the horrible experiences I had. When I hosted my own heists and didn’t have many friends to play with, so I am kinda forced to play with randoms. But people didn’t like to help with my setup so I spent most of the time played their heists. As a newbie at the time, I expected that they would not give me high cut and I have to accept it.. as long as I play it.. enjoy it.. it made me happy enough.. although I did my best.. which I admit I did well overtime as I experienced it for the first time and get a chance to replay, redo it again and again with many players.. with that.. I collect pennies after pennies and eventually can afford other ventures and businesses. Saving up and invest on those enough that I would temporarily retire from heists. Until I became successful, Bought all the properties and businesses, all the cars and vehicles I could ever want (Meaning I bought all the garages with hundreds of cars and vehicles.) I reflected of how far I have come. I remember starting off with heists.. I go visit them after so long. And.. the chaos is still the same, never change.. but I kinda happy, remembering the nostalgia of all the struggles I had experienced.. and I turn those experiences into merits. I go help with low levels I came across with heists and businesses. With all the tactics and strategies I learned throughout years of playing this game. Knowing all the tips and tricks of playing heists like knowing routes to climb the container boxes, using train tracks and LS River route for driving Casco in Prison Break schedule setup. Or sliding down the ledge instead of using stairs in the Prison (Thanks GhillieMaster). Or parking the plane near Martin’s ranch and wait there until the ground teams out, not spawning the enemy NPC jets. Using train tracks in Series A finale (Thanks to you). Knowing safer shortcuts in Pacific Standard Heist.. It’s one of the satisfaction I got sharing experience to other players especially when people texting me of how well and knowledgeable my play and strategies is while I help them. I also don’t ask for cut. And when I host heists myself, I usually give them high cut since I don’t really need more money.
I can relate of what you’re saying about selfish helpers; every time I hop on a lobby a lot of people intend to invite me to their biker crew or CEO to sell their business and whenever there’s a chance that I wanna do my business. I try to asked for help, it’s either say OK and then don’t help for the fact that when I finish helping them, they leave to another server. It’s reasons why I don’t ask nobody for help because 90% of online community are too selfish and griefers. The only time I do my businesses is either when I go to a private lobby or I head to my friends lobby and we help each other out and selling our businesses. Public lobbies intend to not do their end of the bargain when it comes to businesses, they rather think of themselves the fact that they’re earning money, but they don’t wanna help a brother out.
I had a time not long ago where I was trying to get a vehicle for a business battle but every time I got close to it I got blown up by someone and it turned out that the person was under the map and basically killed anyone who came close to it, he didn’t even took the car he just used it as bait, smh ☹️
13:40 In Overwatch players actually did jump from ledge if whole team was dead to prevent enemy team's player build up their ultimate faster by killing you.
as a day 1 gtao player i constantly ewo to avoid giving griefers the pleasure. they usually get the point very quickly. i also orb warp for same reasons.
@@nycapple in Overwatch it wasn't really about giving others pleasure for killing, but rather game tactic as ults are big deal and can shift how match goes. They build up during match but when you get kills they build up much faster. So if you are in situation where everyone else is already dead and you have no hope surviving it's better to jump off ledge and wait spawn timer and go on another attack with your team.
I don't know the name of these types of players. There are players who disguise themselves as Grinders on Xbox Group posts and bully anyone who joins their party. I had someone threaten to pull my IP address when I joined one of these parties
I've had a mark 2 griefer follow me to the actual edge of the map. Unfortunately he didn't end up at the edge like I did, but that devotion to spam mark 2 missiles at another player is stronger than 2 black holes colliding
I'd like to offer some advice to players. I hate how feared the oppressor mk2 is because if you know what you're doing it is incredibly easy to deal with to the point that anyone coming at you with an oppressor is basically a free kill. All you need to do is hop in a toreador and drive straight at them. The oppressor rockets will miss every time going right over you and blowing up on the ground behind you and your rockets will lock on and hit 99% of the time because they have the best tracking in the game. The toreador can also survive multiple rockets whereas the oppressor will explode in one hit. Also vehicles like the night shark are great defenses because they take well over 20 rockets to blow up and the oppressor only carries 20 rockets so they quite literally cant even blow you up but they still hopelessy try while you can just toss sticky bombs up in the air at them from safety. Just be sure to repair your nightshark when they go to refill their rockets. For some reason these oppressor players are so clueless and don't know how to use anything but the oppressor to farm easy kills, that even when you counter them in these ways, they will continue to call oppressors and keep trying to use it despite them losing over and over every time. Pretty funny if you ask me. There are more ways to counter the oppressor, but these two are probably the best and easiest ways out there.
hell the mk2 is not even that hard to kill you can literally just get out of your vehicle and grab your explosive sniper the mk2 can't lock onto just a player so they will have to try and fly erratically to try and angle a missile at the player giving you the perfect opportunity to snipe them easily
@@kurtpunchesthings2411 explosive sniper is a waste of a weapon slot. If you need to blow something up use the railgun especially seeing how the railguns ammo can be refilled from the interaction menu but explosive sniper ammo can't be and is so limited. On top of that ever since the heavy sniper mk2 got the ability to one shot kill anyone, there is no reason for any other ammo besides the default so you can carry the most ammo and refill from the menu.
I even use the MK1. I'm not a snob about it but the number of people that overestimate the skill needed to blow up a MK2 on a MK1 is definitely way too high. I love it whenever I pull off a stupid stunt on a MK2, even more with the "inferior" Oppressor. They all text me with the classic, "Godmode, you're trash just sniper fight me. 1v1 me." I nearly always win 1v1s because I'm good with a heavy sniper MK2 in the game. (No explosive rounds because you can't get those in the Interaction menu" So the lesson to learn is they're all trash and STUPID.
The selfish helper is part of the crew I'm part of, him, and his wife. "Oh we ate tired, we got to get off." Happens every single time, and our leaders don't care either.
Because if they wanna keep using you just leaving would make it obvious that that's all they wanna do is take advantage but eventually if you always say you gonna help somebody back and never keep your word and something always comes up if you smart most people will catch on to how selfish you are and stop playing with you

I think they should be a bunch of changes to the poop canon. 1. warning every player that someone is using the poop canon. 2. remove lock on. 3. one day cool down. 4. increase its price to more you use it up, to 10,000,000 max before going back to 1,000,000 5. no refund if you mess. 6. unable to destroy cargo (takes 5 poop canons to destroy it) 7.noise before its fire at you. 8. nerf its blast. 9. no score count. 10. to buy it have it be around 10,000,000 million dollars to buy it. Something tells me that griefers are going to comment about my thoughts and good changes, something else you forgot was players playing annoying music, thankfully there is a mute button for that.
Oooh I remember that one time I went AFK all day (back when the security camera feature of businesses was still a way to go AFK), but completely forgot to disband my MC. Next thing I know, all of my MC businesses were wiped out... and that was MC double money week.

Real annoying and toxic things with bad players. 1. Spammers with unwanted prizes, before own game got jammed and unplayed. Sad. 2. Players pretends who don't like you, but kicks and abuse reports. But illegal for violation. Last 3, got wrong grief when other features not part of cargo. Facepalms.

Regarding No.9, I remember once there was a guy running people over with his RC vehicle, and as he was going for me, I EMPd him and held him down for a solid 30-ish seconds. What makes it better was that there were cops all around me and I was just chewing through all my snacks/armor, which probably did annoy the guy. He left me alone once I stopped EMP-ing him.

Here are things to try to deal with people abusing Godmode besides the tank method:
Very true happens to me all the time bro
Stay outbof public sessions, man. It ain't worth it.
Which is why i missed the friendly free roam mode in Red Dead Redemption multiplayer and the option where you just can enter pvp matches whenever you feel for it.
Just go passive mode if you want to play in populated sessions without getting killed. Freemode is not only for people who don't fight without provocation.
@@hikari2752 it is ok to go passive mode but you can’t run ceo or biker club so it don’t help

The intro sums it all up😂
about the ceo mc thing all people should disband cause if theyre registered as a ceo or mc their nightclub can get raided even if theyre inside it
i suppose they put the kick thing on the cameras to stop people going afk as a ceo or mc for long periods of time
My response to griefers is always the same and it always works😂 I be driving, chilling, and then boom some kid blows me up with a MK2. Never fails, they have some “tacticool” getup with the giant goggles and face paint. What I do is I just respawn and just stand there because they will come back and try to blow me up again. So they do, and I respawn and just stand there… repeat however many times they try. Eventually they get bored, which happens in less than a couple minutes, every single time😂
That's great 😂 I let em kill me and tell em I'm up they rage like a mofo 😂
A way to fix afk mc/ceo players is by the game automatically disbanding them for not doing something that requires a ceo/mc
I love RC Vehicles for dealing with people who are trying to fight me for no reason, it basically says "im not going to fight you, at least not fairly" and they usually back off. but otherwise, its pretty scummy to use them to mess with people, but, that goes for every feature in this game
unfortunately RC vehicles dont apply when im on a mission usually or during a business battle 😢

I think this guy was talking about me when i didnt know where to land the velum in the prison break finale.
When i was playing gta online i allways played it with my friends or played solo, i rarely go into a public lobby because there are some toxic morons who just kill you over and over again, or some modders who just cage you and then kill you, or cage you until you change to another lobby or sometimes crash your game.
I love these videos, Prof!
The only other pvp game that I’ve seen where player’s purposely kill themselves to avoid getting killed by other players is Overwatch to avoid feeding the opponent ultimate charge when the fight has been lost.
For dealing with griefers, I always just copy what the British did in the naval arms race. Every kill they get on me, I aim for 2.
I hope you are doing awesome! Glad I am watching a new video of yours before I head to bed!
100% honestly man Fuk doing the casino height from Paleto Bay arcade
i just quit the game if it's there
You forgot the Military type players who group up together (usually 3-6 of them) to find a lone victim and bait into thinking it’s regular pvp, but if the victim so much as uses a base pistol on any of them it’s open season to spawn trap them with savages, tanks, and thermal snipers and anything else under the sun.
Orbital cannon to me is an ultimate I win the fight when they have to orb me 🤣

They orb and then they leave that's basically a victory.
100% it's really the most disgraceful sigh of failure when someone uses it
like bro you just spent the best part of a Million dollars to kill me once ............. that is small dik energy to the extreme
That's so specific and weird.

The most annoying players for me are the ones in races that either kick players whom are high level like 1000 or allow them to race, but then call them a cheater for them going faster than they are even if the player tells them how they are going fast the annoying player will double down.
Even though your channel has changed a lot since you switched up content, I like how you go back to your roots every now and then😃😃
The worst type of people on heists are the type who mess up last second and just leave, or leave as you’re driving to the final checkpoint to finish the heist, like bruh… whyyyyy
It’s been a while since you’ve done one of these 😂😂😂.

I used to help others sell their businesses as much as I can first before I asked for help selling mine. I miss being on GTA online sometimes.
You mean 2017, that's when the doomsday heist dlc was released
@@mycaht364 Oh right! Yes! I usually get mixed up between doomsday and After Hours
Gta players who leave a heist the instant they arent the highest level in the lobby or dont have the most modded clothes.
I had a time not long ago where I was trying to get a vehicle for a business battle but every time I got close to it I got blown up by someone and it turned out that the person was under the map and basically killed anyone who came close to it, he didn’t even took the car he just used it as bait, smh ☹️
Ghilliemaster recently did a video talking about rc spammers
The only time I use the orbital cannon is if someone keeps messing with me unprovoked. Sometimes it’s a modder, so it doesn’t work.
The worst type of GTA players are the multiple account orb spammers, lag switchers, cronus users, and people who use netcut to boot you offline.

There are more ways to counter the oppressor, but these two are probably the best and easiest ways out there.
hell the mk2 is not even that hard to kill you can literally just get out of your vehicle and grab your explosive sniper
the mk2 can't lock onto just a player so they will have to try and fly erratically to try and angle a missile at the player giving you the perfect opportunity to snipe them easily
1v1 me."
I nearly always win 1v1s because I'm good with a heavy sniper MK2 in the game. (No explosive rounds because you can't get those in the Interaction menu"
So the lesson to learn is they're all trash and STUPID.
The selfish helper is part of the crew I'm part of, him, and his wife. "Oh we ate tired, we got to get off." Happens every single time, and our leaders don't care either.
Play in a public lobby is a ww3
Haha facts
Mk2 is the main reason why I only use vehicles with the missile jamming tech in it.
Why do the selfish helper makes excuses they can just leave without saying anything 😂😂
Because if they wanna keep using you just leaving would make it obvious that that's all they wanna do is take advantage but eventually if you always say you gonna help somebody back and never keep your word and something always comes up if you smart most people will catch on to how selfish you are and stop playing with you
