@@AL3X1KUS Both Golf and Tennis are designed like what one might get playing a dedicated tennis or golf game, and are designed quite well at that, in my opinion.
I can sort of see why some people might not want to play Tennis, as it does take quite a while to play a full set-but then so does a real tennis set. There was a tennis match in the Australian Open that went on for over six hours because both players kept getting deuces. Theoretically, I would assume that a Grand Theft Auto V Tennis match could also go on for that long, which would wear anyone out. But I digress.
I, too, enjoy a game of Tennis from time to time, but as you say, few people play it nowadays. The same goes for Golf, which I really enjoy.

I have done almost everything here and still do on occasion...but Arena Wars? OMG...100% agreed. Like I stopped after realizing that I would need shark cards for the vehicles. I just wanted the ZR and could never get the trade price. Even the vehicle upgrades were impossible to get. I spent 2mil to finally buy the car and another million to upgrade. Plus if I'm not mistaken, you can drive the cars to the LS meet to get the same lights and stuff for your vehicle. My workshop is now just a garage for unwanted vehicles waiting for sell (mostly regular street vehicles)
Original Heists: I hop on every now and then to help out the lower levels to get the discounts and to have fun. Apart from when some people get spammy with the rockets on cars.
I've played GTA:O since it started, and I've never done arm wrestling, ever.
You forgot two things, nobody doesn't play any of Lester heists or gones to the car meet anymore because they not good at all 💯

I think a lot more people would do the sports and activities if they could be done in free roam, without having to sit in a lobby.

I do the Simeon export missions if, I happen to steal a car and get a wanted lvl. Otherwise, just not worth it.
Golf is an easy way to build up strength
Bruh, every activity is tied to Numero Uno and Enjoy your Stay trophy.
I made more money doing an hour of Simeon missions than doing three hours of taxi work.
The taxi outmaneuvers ever other car in GTA especially the Arena taxi
In one hand, I'm saddened that the OG Heists have basically faded into obscurity over the years, even despite getting pay raises across the board.
In the other, I can't count how many times playing Heists have resulted in any of the following:
- The Velum was Destroyed
- Prisoner died
- TriggerHappyRando1234 alerted the Guards
- Newbie500 died
- Heist Crew left
OG Heists aren’t really Dead I get a lot of invites from these still. Also criminal mastermind
I’ve just started playing again for the last week and only heist invites I’ve had was og ones
I made a new character last year after not playing since 2015 and I wanted to do ALL the heists starting from Fleeca.
It was like pulling teeth to get people to play those heists and like you said, randoms screwing the whole thing up over and over

If GTA 6 ever does come out, I honestly hope they add more solo optional missions in it's online mode so that even if no one plays it, you can just play it yourself to get some quick cash.

What they need to do is re design their online mode to heavily emphasize co operative play.
Take the missions in RDO, Bounty missions, trader and moonshiner are the best paying roles and they all prioritize working together to accomplish a pve goal with the off chance a dude will try and ground you or steal it.
Also they need to keep shit like oppressors out and if you’re gonna have weaponized vehicles they need to do it like the old days where it spawns at merryweather docks so you have to drive over and get it.
No more killing a griefer jet only to have them get it back and on your ass in 30 seconds later.
True but the sad part here is the solo stuff in a online game that is supposed to be connected to other people hence the name online what’s the point in playing solo in online mine as well play story mode sad that the community gotten so toxic that people rather play solo and I get I am one of those players that plays solo in online

They make teams too unforgiving. I avoid them on content I can do solo. I would prefer doing together otherwise.

Same... I mostly play in the sandbox until my passives are ready, cash those out, and go right back to being a filthy casual 🤣 sure, I do some "meta" play when I really need some extra cash, but 95% of my time is spent just having fun wih all the random things, and I've been playing since ps3, lol

I spend most of the time customizing vehicles and doing random sh¡t, money comes from all the passives, all the vehicles selling thingies (Simeon, Custom exports and Auto Shop customizations) and a few other low effort things.
If you don't rush for your millions you'll eventually get there, currently I roll with around 10mill with all of the properties already owned and upgraded.
I just enjoy driving around with cars and planes

I am proud to say I played gta online from the beginning. It was truly an amazing experience. Especially growing up with it. 14 years old to now 24. It reminds me of good times and high school. The many events and dlc my friends and I grinded on. The music. The Southern CA atmosphere. Unfortunately I haven’t played gta 5 since the contract dlc and at this point I really have no interest getting on anymore. The game has been milked to death. But tbh I need to get back on just to play my respects to it. I just get so emotional just thinking about it. Just reminds me of the good old days were life was simple where I still had all my friends.
I have that same feelings and emotional attachment to gta 5 for pretty much the same reason. Started playing it on ps3 sophomore year the day it came out, I remember the online releasing and all the dlcs, playing with friends and wondering what they were gonna add next. There's no other game that I feel that level of nostalgia for other than black ops in middle school, or San andreas in elementary school.
Yea, it was cool. But they really fucked things up too and squandered it’s potential. I would trade most of the heists for an expansion into Las Venturas for example.

Try the ps2 games. The stories will get you good, and you’ll love them more than you though. Try OG SA. I HATE that 5 has no bridges near Grove.

They should give boosted payout and experience gain for the first time you do every kind of job per day. So you're more tempted to run every kind of mission and event because you're gonna get the boosted payout once per mission. It would incentivize playing a wider collection of modes instead of grinding the best paying jobs.

I must say, I really love the idea of tournaments for Golf in Grand Theft Auto V. I love playing Golf, but I only have one Friend who shares my love, and it is almost impossible to find random players. I also think that more courses should be added for more variety, or perhaps the ability to create courses in the Rockstar Creator, which will allow for player-designed courses.

@@-LK34- I would not say that Golf is too easy in my opinion, as it plays like... well, golf. I feel that it pretty much plays like a dedicated golf game, and presents sufficient challenge, though perhaps without as many bells and whistles, so to speak, of a dedicated game. The main issue is not the mechanics, but the lack of variety in the holes, as there have not been any new ones since Grand Theft Auto V's release, and the current ones are getting a bit tired. As I said previously, I believe that Rockstar should either add new holes and courses, enable players to create holes and courses via the Rockstar Creator, or both.
It’s actually pretty rare to find a “Penthouse Party”. But when or IF I find a player inviting the lobby, I never pass it up. I’ve made some great friends over the years since the Casino released and it was in a “Penthouse Party” where I met one of my crew mates. 😊🥳
Regarding Arena Wars. If you want to play Twisted Metal, just play Twisted Metal.
Thanks to modders on PC, apartment invites give me nothing but PTSD due to me being caged and crashed so many times because of them.

Robbing gas stations... that brings me back, haha. I remember I bought my first high-end apartment specifically because it was down the street from a gas station that I could rob and then server-hop to get the next one. Saved my first 200k for an Elegy that way! (Now it's a free drop to all players, but I earned mine robbin' :P)
😂 yea I’m on ps5 but still got a few cars from ps3 that I grinded for even glitched em and put bennys on em lol
Also funny story about Caged In: it used to be part of a glitch fairly recently. It was a way for people to customize otherwise uncustomizable vehicles. Of course, it was also patched recently. But I find it funny it found more use as a glitch method than an activity.
I don't know, some of these activities\missions are very controversial in this list.
Maybe the taxi job Is a stupid way to make money but is somewhat relaxing... i'm seeing a lot of players doing that.
The dealership is really good if you know some things, Rockstar is pretty smart about this. In fact a lot of special variants of cars, liveries and wheels are only at the dealership.
Contact missions are done by both High and low level players even with no double money, mainly the newer ones from the Madrazo dispatch, Simeon, Casino ecc...
The original heists, you have no idea how many players are still trying to do those, i get so many invites to the prison break...hate that heist.
Rockstar should really add some sort of grab bag playlist that's essentially most/all of the 8-16 player game modes (Parachuting, Adversary modes, Races, Deathmatch, etc.) That are randomly shuffled between. That could breathe some life into those game modes.
These are basically the things you do when you don't need money anymore.
You missed one that nobody ever does and I’m surprised you didn’t catch it, but it’s the Online Flight School. It’s been around I think since the launch of GTA & GTA Online and it’s been years since I’ve done it and heard about anyone doing it. It was something people did back then because completing it the first time it would reward you pretty decently. At least back then 2013/2014
It is useful for new players to get money and to boost their flying skill but once you complected it you never have to touch it again.

I remember hanging out with my friends at the apartment between the heists (og) we used to call in a hooker and get high lol. I miss the old days of GTA. Somehow I don't feel hyped for GTA6 online. I feel like things won't ever be the same vibe as in old GTA online.

What I liked about Arena Wars is that it had vibes like Twisted Metal, but didn't make the vehicular combat as the only part of the game.
I noticed the arena workshop didn't have enough room for ALL of the arena wars variants of the available vehicles, which was a pain really, but I like the Future Shock aesthetic. Reminds me of the Protoss from Starcraft, and it has that clean feel.

Hey professional, I will say that for people like me who really like cars, there actually is a very good use for the car dealerships. There are a lot of cars with unique wheels that cannot be purchased through customization, and you cannot change the color of stock wheels without glitches. However, there are times when a car will be in the dealerships with stock wheels that are a different color than what is normally available through the websites. For example, when you buy the Truffade thrax from legendary motorsports, the wheels will be grey and this color cannot be changed, but when the thrax was at the dealership it came with black wheels and if you bought it from the dealership, you’d get a version with black wheels instead of grey.
I still do a lot of this stuff, but if it weren't for Daily Objectives, I'd do way less of it.
You're right about golf and tennis taking too long, and let's face it, it isn't the experience most GTA players are looking for. At least golf you can play alone - it'd be nice if they'd give you the option of an AI opponent in tennis.
They already give you that option, it's called GTA V single player

Maybe integrate tournaments through the casino to make huge bets
For you to be able to see it in your TV, it must be happening in the same session, that would mean, that any random that decides to visit the golf club could destroy the tournamet in a second, so no, that doesn't sound like a good idea...

I actually like doing the small time contact missions by myself, since it’s less of a hassle than making a full lobby. And whoever joins, joins. 👍🏾😂
I still do all of them because of pure nostalgia, i am also repeating all the disabled missions like Coveted, potshoot etc... they are still available but you need to go to the exact location where you can start the mission.
I also have some friends who come online just for doing 2013 missions all together.

@@chriscarpenter3370 honestly they are pretty good. If you get all gold you will get a total of 150 000$ every day.
Also if you complete them all you will get a special parachute (that they messed up on console and it's reppaced with the rainbow parachute) and a Junk parachute bag.

Yeah nobody does Contract Missions anymore. Back in the day they used to pay out a money but they have been nerfed.

Pro I agree 100%, I would LOVE to see a golf update. To add on to what you said about the tournaments I want to be able to buy the golf course like in the story.
- Taxi could have seen better with some more interesting events, like clients not paying, a client trying to hit on you, drunk clients that could puke on the car if you drive too fast, doing an impromptu robbery for a client, etc. etc., I bet they'd have made taxi work more interesting.
- Robbing stores was just to have all of them completed but that's all.
- Parachuting is boring, even the Junk ones. And fawk Dom annoying me on the phone every fawking day.
- The OG just nobody plays them and hard to find 4 players. I still haven't completed mine.
- The Simeon cars I still do it everyday, though. I steal a car, respray it and get it to the docks. Not much cash but hey, I still like it.
- With the cars removed, now I go to dealerships more often, even before they removed them, you still can have unique colors/liveries (and in the LS Car Meet, the price on the new liveries are for free). I still use them quite often.
- Contact Missions I play them when I'm bored or wanna do something different.
- lol, those apartments I have are so empty. I don't even call the hookups at all.
- lol, if hey've done new shows or movies, would be interesting. Or watch cutscenes as well.
- Those challenges are simply moot, I play solo so nobody to play those (and who wants to play them anyways?)
- The shooting range in the bunker is broken, so I had to cheat using the minigun trick to complete it and unlock the stuff (yeah, IDGAF). The Ammunation is a lot fairer.
- Golf sometimes I do some solo games myself, it's still fun. And oddly enough met a guy who was actually GREAT at Golf, needless to say, he always destroyed me, but still was fun playing with him. He added me as friend and sometimes he sends me requests for playing. It's still fun.
- Tennis, lol.
- Arm wrestling? LMAO!
- Arena Wars needs more incentives to play: the pay is shit, the AP are insidious (I mean, you can get more AP in the pad than playing in the arena), the costs of the arena cars are brutally expensive. I only have my workshop for garage space and that's all. Yeah, it needs a revamp.
Oh yeah, another one who nobody plays at all are the Lowriders missions for Lamar. They're like a worse version of the OG heists because the pay is also shit and you don't have anything worth playing... and good luck trying to find 4 players for that shit.
I always challenged myself to see how many stores I could rob in one life.
Honestly, dancing in the night club is a must almost everytime I play and spawn from the nightclub!
Back in the day we only have a group of 3 to play Online with, that 4th guy was always the pain in our ass💀

I tried arena wars at one point, I believe it was double or triple money at the time. Actually really enjoyed the mode, got really into it with some of my friends. Trying to unlock the discounts etcetera. But then it glitched out during loading, and was stuck in a perpetual black screen. Had to quit out of the app. Then when I loaded in, my arena rank got reset to 1. Even contacted rockstar support but they can't adjust rank and the only thing they said to do was to reset my cache (AKA turn it off and on again). So when it happened again 2 games later I wasn't really motivated to keep trying. A damn shame, really.
Also the armwrestling, hahaha, I tried it *once* and then never touched it again because I didn't want to wreck my poor controller, lol.
Hey professional I actually have friends but I’m gonna be honest I tried doing the prison break for fun and one of my friend who is a high level was doing good in the heist but my 2 other friends who are low levels were not so good because one was the demolition and the other was the prisoner, the prisoner was doing good he followed my lead and didn’t die yet and when we got in the plane that’s when everything went south I said to everyone to parachute into the water so it can be safer me and my good friend did that but the prisoner was on the mountain and he fell off the mountain and died my friend told him not to jump from their again and he jumped again and died but let’s say a miracle happened and he managed to survive the demolition was slamming the helicopter hard and it was already smoking so it was already took damage but that slam probably destroyed the helicopter and I instantly gave up and left got mad and cussed the bad teammates because how can you fail a simple objective like I said go parachute into the water not the mountain but my friend after the heist showed me a good way to escape the cliff without dying and I liked it and I showed my friend how to land a helicopter I absolutely hate when people don’t listen even though I did accidentally got caught by the cops but is was a blessing in disguise because it brought me where I was supposed to be but I didn’t do that heist and probably won’t ever 😂

Car Dealership segment did not age well :P now it's the only way to get a bunch of the cars some people might still want.
03:38 the original GTA trilogy had a glitch were you could use any car as a taxi during these missions,i personally used supercars and this was fun

I think they should add more golf maps similar to how they add more race maps and adversary modes or let people make their own golf maps like in paleto or sandy or anywhere like player created races, it would really make golf more interesting you can even have people make a mini golf course with props that are already in the game all we need is the freedom to do it i think it will be a very replayable addition because the same old golf map gets boring imo
4 people in a heist sometimes waiting 30min and finally start en that person leave that was so annoying
My problem with Simeon’s Daily Export Lost is that sometimes I don’t get the message until MUCH later (after delivery). 🥺 The Taxi jobs are simple and keep you close to say the Acid Lab while it’s doing the product.

#2, Tried this once, but there was no way to Que a random opponent. You NEEDED someone to Come to you EXACT PLACE and accept. This made it Impossible unless you had someone before going, and they always get destracted.
I must admit, as a Car Guy I use the car wash in gta online on a regular bases 😅 Also I play Golf and Tennis with a friend on a regular base every sunday when we play together to finish off the day after grinding money. I guess I'm not the casual gta online player 🤷🏽♂️
I never knew that the car wash actually did a car wash. I've actually RPed going through it a few times.
Taxi work would have been super fun if the AI’s talked and/or did something funny every mission, that’s what killed it for me after 5 minutes was the lack of those things

Rare take here, I was really upset this game didn't launch with Bowling. I liked bowling in gta 4.
I agree that people don’t play tennis cause it takes too long, me and my brother once spent three hours doing one set cause we just kept hitting the ball back and forth with precision and it just went on forever. We never even finished the set cause we got bored. 😅

Number 1: Play Slasher Series 💔 Not even during Halloween. It’s easily the most fun series besides Deathmatches
In the car dealership I can argue that it won’t just die bc there’s people out there like me who value realism very much in all aspects of the game and they hit the spot with that update.
Another thing that sucks about the car dealership is that it will have a car that you probably already own but will have a unique livery that you can only get if you buy that car again. You can't get the livery for the one you already own. This happened last week to me.
Another problem was it took way too long to level up in arena war so loads of people would just farm AP points through the spin wheel and not play the game modes, even more stupid that you can't access the spectator box or wheel unless there is a match playing so it sucks if you want to get the space docker at AP level 500 or rusty tractor at AP level 1000, I stopped at AP level 80 to get the clown van pegasus vehicle, but as you said professional it was also paid to win for custom vehicles sometimes nearly $8+ million for just one upgraded vehicle (undiscounted), but I did like arena war when it first came out just a shame the way rockstar handled the update with pricing and levelling up at a reasonable rate. :(
I recently did both the Doomsday heist and Casino heist. Like literally last week for the first time. I must say it was way harder finding people to complete the Dooms Day heist then the Casino. Casino Heist is shorter yet it took almost just as long to complete then the Doomsday heist.

4:40 I used to rob the store when I would purchase snacks making it essentially "free"... Another reason why I stopped is because I can get free snacks from several properties now.
Why no one does the dealership in public anymore? People. That's why. Mod menu users, griefers, spawn campers, all sorts of fun killers out there. People still do those events ... in Invite Only/Close Friends/Close Crew sessions. Me and my friends sometimes visit Simeon's dealership, we still do his Import/Export list, stuff, that's fun and earns you some money, also the blue dots, not only Sessanta's Exotic Exports, but also the drunken guard, the Cayo Perico skeleton and stuff. Except the crime scene, that one is quite boring and unrewarding.
You probably won't see this, but here's An idea: a race to $1 million (or whatever) from zero between you, TGG, Tylarious, and others... kinda like a speedrun or like the races in Path of Exile at the beginning of seasons. Y'all could do it in a private lobby or whatever and, yeah... I'd watch that for sure! Got the idea when watching TGG's new rags-to-riches vid...
Hey I still rob convenience stores, & I still see lots of people do it. Granted I'm playing on PS4, but it's the same game in each version so I can't imagine players are just different because they own a console. I also think you miss the point of robbing stores in GTAO, it's not for payout but for fun. It gives you something to do in freemode, & it can lead to some fun moments. The taxi dlc was meant for immersion and the Hilario part is that I have a friend who works at rockstar and said the idea was to out small jobs in gta to see if people want what they kept complaining about. They were going to open restaurants bars and food vendors and you can even work in some of these places. But people already started b!tching they can't be billionares in a game olaying the game so they scrapped the entire idea and now they just did another dlc of guns and dumbshit. The funnyest Part is that yesterday i had a opressor Mk 2 guy who After dying twice went into passiv and then became salty After i told him no one Plays Golf He then answed with only pros Play Golf the guy keept going into passiv Mode me and a freind were protecting randoms who Wer selling Cargo but still He was saltyer then the dead sea
I am seeing this an entire season late, but thanks for adding in the donation campaign. I actually didn't expect that on a channel about GTA 5. I am not saying GTA 5 players don't care, I am saying I genuinely didn't expect to see the campaign on a gaming channel.

It’s so easy to fix the car washes. Just make it so that it completely fixes the car rather than just removing the almost undetectable dirt that may or may not appear on the underside of the car. Sometimes when you’re going to an LSC, you’re not modifying it, and why would you even wash your car?

As a person who plays arena wars with their friends I can say it's very fun and more people should ok like it
I just got back in to playing GTA online, it's been a lot of fun, I even created a new character just to see how much money I can make starting fresh in 2023.
i like og heists gameplay wise its so good that everyone does something to accomplish one goal but most of the randoms just suck 🗿 so i prefer doing solos.
It's a shame really. Besides the trade price and the advantage of upgrades, I thought Arena War was a fun DLC
Personally, I still rob stores in gta online for fun and for something I’m bored at but I don’t rob stores for my main source of money
