Im not saying all randoms are bad players but these are specific things that I have noticed in heists that are very common. People ask me why I just do businesses and not heists anymore. A lot of the reason is because of incidents like this. You guys have any stories of these things happening to you?

That happened to me so many times.
I joined fleeca job coz I was feeling nice and he was a lvl19, so I thought ok this will be fast, he took 20 minutes to hack and it took him like another 10 minutes to do the vault part, I literally went down to a shop irl to buy some snacks and came back and he was still hacking. We completed it in 47 minutes😭😂
I once waited 20 min for some guy to do the hacking part. eventually i just drove the car into the water and left the heist. ain't nobody got time for that. This can't be too hard. you are basically just playing snake

Lose the cops - shoot the cops
30% cut - 0% cut
Take cover - take no cover
Don't rush - rush B
Leave the area - leave your house
Hack the thing - you're being hAcked, leave the GamE!!
Clear the area of enemies - the area is clear of enemies, please come in without any armor or snacks or weapons :)
Collect the thing - collect the thing and go afk
Get to the buyer - kill yourself 3 times then leave the game

I remember doing the Casino heists with randoms. And I had to go AFK to be on a call with my therapist. And I told that to the randoms and none of them got mad at me :) Some randoms can be good people XD

@@ChrisB0719 to be fair though if you’ve got an appointment with a doctor or just anything really, then just don’t do a heist because it can become so unpredictable that you could be on the heist for ages dealing with annoying players.

Once had a guys who said that his house was on fire and had to go for 5 mins. He came back after saying his mum died but he still continued playing for 3 more hours till he said he got bored 😂😂😂

With all of the screwups I've seen in heists, thankfully I lucked out when I tried the Criminal Mastermind challenge. My crew was a group of randoms that banded together. A couple of them argued and we had a few close calls, but we completed the challenge on our first try.

One time when I was level 15 I got invited to series a funding, everyone was level 300 - 750, they gave me a 45% cut because he knew I needed it the most out of others, nobody complained luckily. I was so scared I just hid and killed like 5 enemies with a sawed off, and the host told me, Don't be scared, so I drove the technical, the host was using the gun, it was on hard, and we did the elite challenge, I got like a 500k payout, for whoever you are, I might never meet you again, but thank you

One heist setup where literally no one cooperates: DELIVER EMP
i had a random sabotage this setup. he kept rushing in and getting caught.
i'm guilty of number 1 on it. i was playing with these kids on the deliver EMP setup mission and i didn't have a mic so i was sort of hanging back and trying to not get in the way since they did have mics and were talking to each other. I'd run up to the fence with a sniper rifle and take out a couple guards I could see and continue keeping an eye out and they kept getting spotted and we'd fail the mission. no big deal, we just all kept trying and then the host was getting impatient and had to leave soon because his older brother was gonna pick him up for something so he had his brother come on to do it for him and the guy tells us all to just wait at the car and he'll do it by himself. So i went to my usual spot and started shooting at the guard's feet and near the guard's head to alert them and failed the mission and he left. I have no regrets.

I hate this setup. Took me 7 month to finnish it.
i did that mission 1st try 1st time. luckily i watched a video about it how to do it. im with my gf in the same room so we can call the double takedowns. also the 2 other ppl came from the official gta5 discord server lfg. just use discord lfg instead failing to 3iq randoms.
It’s almost like gta has reverse skill-based matchmaking
if you're a good and experienced player you get bad teammates. if you're a bad or inexperienced you get bad teammates, bad teammates either way

@@deceit1407 in their defense, covert operations is not exactly something you think of when you think GTA. still, would not hurt to follow instructions every now and then. missions tend to have varied objectives that require different skillsets, and people who go in guns blazing most likely do it for the money than an actual desire to complete missions
Me: *Lets randoms into my Cayo Perico Heist and gives everyone but me 25% i give my friend 35% as they helped me with the heist preps and have no money as they are on their second account and put all their cash into their wallet of the first character*
Randoms: *demand more cash for them*
Me: Oh im sorry I paid for the heist i could just take your 25% and give all of us 15% and give my friend the most and im ripping myself off by giving you 25%

Me: specifically says to not shoot the two guys talking as we can walk past them
randoms do it anyway and we fail 5 times until i quit and me and my friend do it ourselves

Oh, this remembers me of a guy, who wanted to do aggressive at the casino heist, but didn't get any extra missions like armor or even duggans shipments.

Was doing doomsday act 3 finale with 2 friends both rank 200 had mk2 weapons and minguns, they kept dieing and failing to listen to instructions so eventualy we gave up since it was late
Then next day they werent around and decided to do with randoms, only one rank 50 joined and did so much better even with just a micro smg and unlike with my friends me and the random reached the orbital cannons

There is nothing complicated :
1: NO RUSH, it's the worst thing to do
2: Stay in cover and be patient and try to shoot in the head
3: Always stay together
4: Never forget ur snacks and use them if u really need.

Ive done heists with randoms where everyone other than me is below level 40. We still managed to complete them because of good communication.
Doing heists with randoms without ANY communication is where problems rise. Also make sure at least 1 person knows what to do because trial and error during heists is something I wouldn't wish on anyone.

I got kicked from a heist for being too high of a level and I was thought to be a modder I’m level 258 his friend who was in his crew was level 8000
Dara Keaveney his brain works like this: the lower ur level is the higher it is for hin for example level 1 = 8000
That means his friend is a modded, it is physically impossible to be level 8000, that would mean you play non stop from launch.

Hey brother, I really feel the anger in your voice just by reminiscing about past fails caused by idiotic randoms.
I am trying to unlock the Hydra for stock price, and just today I have played GTA for 10 hours just to do the bus and assassination setup for the prison break heist.
I am already on attempt 11 by now and we keep failing because either the Velum pilot crashes, or someone leaves right before finishing the heist. I'm not kidding if I say that I had multiple emotional breakdowns today, it really is torture!

one time I was doing a pacific standard heist with 3 level 9 - 15s on hard mode and I was level 88 and they didn't die once and we somehow managed to do the elite challenge

-heist fail screen
-Cloud screen
-join freemode after 45min clouds
-repeat
- drive through the whole map
- start the final again and repeat everything from step one xD

A lot of times kids are playing and handicap people too I use to get mad about this till I realized this while playing missions one day with someone then you have those who just have no common sense it's never predictable not everyone playing is of age and or mentally capable of playing this game accurately we all hate this but it's just a part of playing with randoms, and those who have to work that try to rush a mission i hate that
Fun story (scroll to the bottom for a summary if your too lazy to read it all):
This one time I was joining a plane setup for the prison break heist as a random and when we were playing it, I realized that with my karuma that we won't get shot and we be able to complete the mission no problem. So I got on the mic and said in a nice way btw "guys get in my karuma you won't shot" and stuff. This one random decided, "no I don't think I will" and he kept dying while the teammates that got in my karuma didn't. They invented me to a party and when I joined I heard, "this guy is so stupid" (talking about me ofc) I then said, "so me telling you to get in my karuma so you won't die and you dying over and over again cause you won't get in my karuma and I'm the stupid one? (Keep in mind I haven't died once during this bc I actually got in my karuma) and then he told me he doesn't like my karuma and that it was blue and blue was the gayest color. Well he kept dying and I just had enough and said "y'all ain't worth it, screw y'all" and I left. This made me facepalm at how dumb this person was. Oh yeah, did I forget to tell you they sounded like 15/16? You gotta love randoms these days
TL;DR: random didn't get in my karuma saying it was blue and blue is gay, kept dying over and over bc he wouldn't listen

I hate when people AFK during the heist. What could be more important than the heist? I mean, I ignored my grandfather having a heart attack during the heist, that’s how much dedication you need to play heists.
Rule 1: Don't do heists with randoms
Rule 2: See Rule 1
Instructions unclear the vellum has been destroyed
Rule 3: don't do heists or missions
Rule 4: if you break the rules 1, 2 and 3 you and your team get fucked
Rule 6: Snap disk
Rule 7: Regret breaking the disc
When someone fails the heist, they blame you for it.

That happened to me they had mics and I didn't and the person who died said I died and alerted the guards. I was like wtf..
I was doing the casino heist and a random said "wait I gotta go to the toilet" 😂
The prison break heist was so stressful for me. First we had this guy who couldn't fly the plane to save his life, others just left halfway through, one guy playing as the prison guard refused to get in the armoured van at the part where we had to drive out of the prison and go to the airfield. He got in a police car instead, claiming it was faster. Of course, he ended up dying, and we had to restart. The second time, he did THE EXACT SAME THING and died again. After that he just left. And finally, we had one guy who JUMPED OUT OF THE BUZZARD when he was supposed to land it on the beach. We were so close to finishing the heist and he just had to ruin it. All this stress because I didn't have enough friends to play with, so we had one or two random each time we played.

Agreed 100% with players kicking you the moment you join in, this happens to me every other day even tho I'm rank 200+ with maxed-out stats (Especially on Diamond Casino, Cayo Perico and Don't F with Dre). Just tell us to leave if you don't want us here (though you were the one who sent the invite) or better yet simply turn off matchmaking and don't use auto invite.
4: Demanding Unfair cuts...
OMG, some weeks ago, i was doing my first Casino heist. Me and 3 random guys, but exactly one of them asked me for 30%... the most annoying and funny part was that guy got discovered by the camera located outside the casino.
When I was a low level, I met this person who invited me to the Doomsday heist with I suppose was his friends. I failed alot, but they helped me and gave me advice. Very thankful

Very wholsome. When I was doing my first heights a level 300 helped me throughout the entire thing. He even took a 30% cut (the lowest he could have).
The doomsday heist was hell of hard when I played it. Trust me it is extremely hard and I had alot of guns too. So for you to have people helping you is very lucky and great.
Whenever I do heist I either get kicked or my friends dont want to do it with me because I'm level 100 and they are 300 something. So basically the only heist I've ever done is the one where you just get the game and log on to it
I once joined a lvl 900’s fleeca job and we failed twice but luckily he was nice
I think rockstar should do a punishing system for leaving a heist.
They already do that, but it's nothing compare to other games.

@@sentricy5886 maybe they should add heist points which show your skill in heist, example: easy heist give 20 while hard ones like act 3 give up to 150, and completing elite challenge gives 50 points while criminal gives 1000, so if you kick someone with a low heist points you don't lose much but if against someone with high heist points you lose 10k
One time I was doing the Velum Setup, and I chose my insurgent with a mini gun as my car, 2 of the guys on the team got in it, and the 4th guy didn’t. He kept refusing to get in saying he’s really good and can speed run it. He was the only guy that kept dying and eventually quit, all because he didn’t want to listen and get in a guaranteed safe vehicle. Smh some randoms.

Bro. The not cooperating bit was so true. I did a Pacific Standard heist on hard mode with rando's, and when we got to the bike section, this one dude always sucked at driving and parachuting, and he constantly crashed the bike each time. We told him several times to get on our bikes so we can drive him there, but no, he has the largest ego in the world and he keeps driving on a separate bike, so he kept crashing into the vehicles, and I struggled with bad players for a month. A GODDAMN MONTH!!! AND I STILL HAVEN'T FINISHED IT COZ NONE OF MY FRIENDS PLAY GTA ANYMORE, ITS ANNOYING!!!

Once I was doing the diamond casino heist silent and sneaky with my friend and when we were outside i shot a cop (not alerting them in the process) and my friend thought i did so he got so mad and rage quit by turning off his xbox for a few hours. when he came back on i had done the heist with my other friend and he got mad because i didnt do the heist with him so then i yelled at him "NEXT TIME DONT FUCKING LEAVE WHEN SOMETHING SLIGHTLY BAD HAPPENS" sorry about the caps its just it pisses me off so much when i think about that

(I’m on PC) This happened to me during a Fleeca Bank Heist. I wanted to get into this dudes rally car because I don’t even have a car (I was a level 3 ish), and he kept playing with me. I got so annoyed for a sec and then he let me in. And when we wanted to steal a getaway car, I died. He then proceeded to say this in the team chat: “you fucking low level noob”. He’s somewhere around Level 13-14. After that, we retried. I wanted to get in his rally car again, but instead, he just ran off instead of letting me in. And guess what? Few minutes later when he wanted to get the getaway car, he died. He FUCKING DIED after calling me a low-level noob. Karma wins again, baby!
@@mineko2219 i got spam "idiot vietnam noob" by a lvl 40 random hosting his first silent sneaky cash heist, this guy was such an a^^hole that he even wanted to put my cut to 0% (i really dont care about cuts when having "fun" with randoms tbh) just because i was lvl 328 and other members to the lower cut possible while he begged for help. During the heist, he didn't even do the looting even though he chose the 3% hacker (the less percentage the hacker is, the less time you get to loot, and the looting is the easiest part in the heist) and it is so frustrating when i gave him advise, he always spammed chat "stfu vietnam noob" and just made things worse. So i purposely left the heist because when we got out to the roof entrance we only got like 290k (thanks to his ego trying to shoot every single npc on the map) and i dont want to waste time on the other members. After a while i msg me "noob, why left heist, noob" and i replied "When you ask for help, then F*CKING ASK FOR HELP"

It's crazy that you mentioned someone landing in the parking lot of the Humane Labs heist. Just yesterday I did that heist with a bunch of randoms, and we also had a player who did not speak the same language as us, and they kept going down instead of up. _To their credit_, the yellow dot indicator was bugged and kept showing a down arrow instead of up, and I can only assume this person had not done the heist before so was just following the indicator. But we were all saying "Go up", "Keep going up" in the chat, so clearly the language barrier was a real impediment here.
Eventually we failed, and someone understandably bowed out. After we came back from the cloud loading screen, the heist host was apparently so mad he started griefing _me_ because the offending player had left the server.

When I played Series A Funding, Lost MC Prep (steal vans without being noticed) a 123 lvl noob left the heist, as he wanted to drive the dinghy. It turned out it was a 10 year old kid.
Some people probably leave heists or go because their parents call them at the worst possible time and it’s so annoying and what’s worse is sometimes they don’t care that your in the middle of a heist

I was doing the Signal Setup for the Pacific Standard Job. This guy who was the highest rank out of everyone who was level 301 made us fail the setup because he went to get a jet instead of following the team to the Seashark jetskis and blew up his jet when he tried to land on to the island where Avi Schwartzman was at, he also then left the setup without saying anything. He was probably the most uncooperative and worst teammate I ever had on a heist or a setup.
One time I did the "Humane Labs - Final" with randoms, however when we got to the Valkyrie I realized that the co-pilot was in the minigun seat and the ground team was sitting in the co-pilot's seat. At first, I ignored it but when we got to the waypoint, the pilot kept flying above the building a bunch of times, I message him "go up" then he goes up then goes back down but the co-pilot jumps off, so we had to pick up the co-pilot and then the pilot kept flying above the building again, I message him "go up d-mass", he goes all the way up and we finally hit the checkpoint. Ground team had to jump but when we jumped, I saw someone following us but when I looked up, both *pilot* and *co-pilot* jumped off and we got a mission fail because the helicopter was destroyed. Once we restarted, I saw my teammate trying to kill himself & try to mission fail and because of that, I instantly left when he killed himself. (I hate doing heist with terrible pilots)

I feel like this is how my one random teammate felt. However, this dude died like 7 times leaving the bank in pacific standard. Only reason he got so many kills is because he would rush to the open and blow up every cop car with his laser minigun he got from a hacker. This would be fine if he didnt keep doing this same tactic when fighting the police who will laser you.

Somehow the prison heist Plane setup always wipes them out (even when I rush to the airport and try to single-handedly kill every cholo, another batch of them spawn when these low level players arrive, and they rush into the middle of the crossfire)
Then we spawm at a closer location, making it impossible for me to rush in and kill everyone (and they won't get in the Kuruma either, of course)

Every random I play with is az, low levels and high levels. I start the casino heist and a low level has no idea what to do and takes 10 years to hack one fingerprint, the high level says that they got the game when it first came and out haven’t played in 7 years. That’s why I only play with people who have mics or my friends

I got a 0% cut. I was a random. I did however help them with 3 setup missions. I sabatoged the heist at the very end and left because I was so infuriated that they kept on dying in the setups and I did most the work and they gave me a 0% cut. Am I in the wrong?

every video I see where you talk about player cuts on heists, you get really passionate about it. I get it, it's an irritating ordeal to go through and shouldn't be necessary.. may I suggest using a future tactic of counter cutting.. someone's not happy with the 20%~25% they got, cut them down to 15%.. they'll either leave and likely spare you the grief of failed attempts, or they'll change their tune really quick..

One time I was doing diamond casino heist and some one came in a demanded 25 percent I said he didn't help me do preps and his response was he helping me now and I went quiet until the timer ran out and he got 15 percent cut and didn't complain

pvma trap purple same here , I was doing pacific standard and two people helped me so I inv them and gave them 20 each and 50 me then 10 for the random guy and he messaged me saying “I think you know what I’m waiting for” and I told him to get a higher cut, press B and then A😂 he started cussing me out cause of the unfair cut and the funny thing is that it was the same guy who joined the first setup and kept dying and he tried to play it off, he stayed and was the only one who needed help and said he had no snacks and that he didn’t know what to do🤦🏻♂️

I had a Random on the Humane Labs heist, Dude was Level 140 and was the pilot of the heist. He couldn't even fly up to the Drop Point and didn't understand the terminology of "Fly up"
