This is the same idea that the shops in Japan clean the street in front of their door because they don't want to leave a bad impression to the customers who might go into their shop.

you cant get this ambient in high class restaurant, thats what i like the most and that oil lamp is priceless....reminds me of my young days hanging out with my friends in "angkringan" well, i think there is "angkringan" in tokyo (i watched in youtube some other day), some of my fellow countrymen running it there. i was curious, was there any stall food in japan, especially tokyo, but when i saw this video i really miss japan somuch, several time went to japan before covid 19 but never seen this ramen stall, after covid 19 i will run into this grandpa ramen stall for sure
