@@DavidMiller-sh1ue this is the only video I've seen of him. Even if he has someone helping him, just this work day in this video alone is almost double the amount of work that I do.
6 trips daily to haul that heavy stall/kitchen to-and-fro + supplies (Set-up + dismantle), clean the public area around the stall + collect the waste, wash the bowls/plates and pots back at the office. I'm guessing that's also where he sleeps. And his day isn't even done at 5.15am-5.30am coz he needs to eat dinner/breakfast before heading to the supermarket to buy the ingredients for the following work day. This is taking hard work and dedication to a whole different level. He does all these with enthusiasm and joy which is infectious. His attitude and discipline is something to behold. Respect. Wishing him a long, healthy and happy life.
This is mad respect but also crazy stuff to do to the human body. Ain't no way that's healthy in the long run tbh.. I really do wish they can earn enough profits in a short time and then move on to have their own restaurant or whatever endeavors they want to do with the money.

Taking 2.5 hours to clean up everyday, I'm even reluctant to spend few minutes to do laundry using washing and dryer machine every week. Despite being busy all day, his home is as clean as new, and he still smiles like a kid. I don't really have anything to complain about, after watching his story.

I love how he makes such beautiful food from a tiny kitchen in a small food cart. The dishes look simply delicious. It's good that he loves what he does because this is not easy work. Just cleaning up after he closes takes 2 and 1/2 hours. And he does it every single day. Now that's dedication.
It's amazing. That Abe-san and other Yatai stall owners clean up the spot they were occupying that evening. 😊👍👍👍 We rarely (or never) see this where I'm from with road side stall owners. The place becomes so filthy through the years. They even leave their booths there parmanently. 😅

Dude gets like 4-5 hours of sleep a day 27:45 and has that much energy. Absolutely insane the amount of work he does and the little sleep he gets.
He has a PHENOMENOL work ethic. I know for a fact, this man has seen some hardships in life, simply from the way he smiles.

We rarely (or never) see this where I'm from with road side stall owners. The place becomes so filthy through the years. They even leave their booths there parmanently. 😅
He sprayed it , swept it and watered it down Crazy cleaning !

The amount of hard work is so admirable.
