    Of the time I have spent on the mat with a Master, the little things they say are far more valuable than any technique or kata that they may have shared.

    PLEASE! do not stop uploading these. Can't tell you how grateful I am. I have spent more than 5 years trying to understand the principles he's trying to teach. And unfortunately I had and still do not have anyone to give me feedback and tell me what I was attempting was correct or not. I got frustrated for so many years and got several injuries our of trying to apply but in a wrong way. And to finally have these more clarifications and teachings of Soke Inoue, means a lot to me. Because the more I understand the more healthier I get and avoid injuries. And it might mean that after all these years of trying I might actually get to do my passion correctly. Thank you, Alessandro. :')

      I don't know bout Karate. I learned Judo and BJJ. We learned about connection, leverage, technique, position, base so when we're pushed we're not imbalance and the Sensei in the vid seems show the same as my coach taught. When he pushed the girl's hand, the girl lost her balance, and the next time he pushed it again the girl stood still, that's what we call connection in BJJ. You connect to your opponent so you can't lose balance and won't fall

    He really knows his stuff. Intimate details for balance and strength. Gracie's have jiu jitsu and they are the tops, where they too tell these intimate details. But, it'd be good to know what this guy knows. I'd be satisfied to be able to speak Okinawan and get training from him. Not to be bad, no. But the actual skill and ability, which requires hard work and time, yet with knowledge he knows, it'd give reason to keep going and striving for perfect execution!

    I dont kmow how to relax my shoulder, If I try to, my whole body will have 0% energy
    They always patting my shoulder and say relax
    Is it because im skinny and my bones is visible near shoulder?

    • @stillgotyourmom
      @stillgotyourmom 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thats the problem in western anatomy. Asian people have another understandment of "relaxing". You have different muscle twitches so different muscle parts but also the psychological effect plays a role. Those are simple things at first sight but if your education is wrong or otherwise you wont learn it in a lifetime thats why its important to start as a kid. He says that you have a movement reach in your shoulder not only in the arms or your lower body. So the shoulder acts like a pistol injecting the bullet quick. The shoulder snaps not pushes. One far example is someone like Ali who snapped whipped his arms to punch instead of force stiff it. Difference is Karate stance is strong but relaxed and in one moment you explode and get stiff to re relax and end stiff at the end.

      Pff Kyokushin is a Muay Thai wannabe 😂 When did you ever saw real Karate legends in an MMA bout? They do it for the tradition and the values and probably could kll 70% of the Kushins with 1 effectif attack to a vital point. This man is past 60 and is faster as most 20yr old competitors. BJJ is also jsut a cut down Judo wannabe.
