I love the fact that it includes Pre Check, so I should be able to breeze through security 🙂

I usually stick those items securely in my personal or carry-on bag and allow them to go through the x-ray bag scanner. However, you do end up losing sight of your bag since you have to go through the body scanner. If that makes you uncomfortable then definitely hold those items in your hand while you go through the body scanner.

Powders only need to be taken out if it is more than 12oz. Your brushes can stay in your bag. The only items that need to be taken out is your quart-sized bag of liquids and gels in 3.4oz containers or less and any electronics larger than a cell phone.

In my case, the next open appointment was 7 weeks from the time I enrolled online (my appt is the end of May, 2022, and I signed up in mid-April, 2022).

Yes, you can put your clothes in clear plastic bags. I fact I put all my dirty clothes in plastic bags to keep them separated from my clean clothes.
