Wow,the control on each stroke... It is unbelievable... Actually I just started to draw with charcoal by seeing your videos, simple process but awesome at the same time... You just gave me the courage to use charcoal... 😊
Great demo! Thanks a lot! I would suggest that you put a small pic of the model ur drawing from so we get to see and understand the process of your decision making. Thanks again for sharing your great artwork!
You are a very talented man and a gifted artist. It is always a great pleasure to watch you work. Thank you so much for sharing your artistic skills. It has been very inspirational for me to study your videos and I have learnt much from your Female Portrait 1. I started a portrait which I painted in my local art group this week using your method. It worked very well, so my sincere thanks to you Mr Lim.
Hey, i love your videos and your painting style. Id suggest though, if possible ,that you would add a link to the reference you are painting from (unless you paint from life). That way anyone interested (me including) could try to paint the same thing using the video as guide.
Great videos, I watch every stroke you make and you have been very helpful in my own development. Any plans on doing figure painting as well, both costumed and nude? Stillife?
Awesome demonstration. The deliberate manner of your strokes is a great lesson in of itself!
Mr Zin Lim, you are my inspiration! Hope see you live one day.
Thanks. I also hope to meet you in a city I am visiting.
Bravo😊
your painting and the music works so well. Thanks for posting! very impressive!!
Poetic piece of painting...like Merlin, the magician creating magic before our eyes. We watch and yet are fooled at what just happened. Masterful.
+Max Nelson I agree in the point the both magician and artist exercise a lot in order for a treat, not trick😊
Really amazing

What black

+Karin dogs
Thinning with linseed oil. Ivory black
Very Nice!
Btw, how is the canvas primed? Lead or acrylic ?
+Aqeel Nazeer
Pre-primed canvas is used. Probably acrylic.
ممتاز ☆
so this is just one color with turp?
+pharoahscurse
Ivory black and linseed oil.
+Xiao Hei
I use normal linseed oil for practice and demo. For my personal work refined linseed or sunflower oil. They are less or non-yellow.
