I played an arcade version in an arcade in Niagara falls around 93-94 And it had an additional shorter timer (i believe 60 seconds) that was over laid in the top right to eat quarters. Too bad that's not included here.

I don't think there's any point in talking about that version. It's identical. In fact, both the SNES version as well as the GBA version was released on the Wii U's Virtual Console. But again, there were no major changes.

Nes version wasn't the worst bootleg I tried and there's a nice hack that fixes it some especially the controls, still needs more work lol. MSX2 hmm, that looks to have been in development a while but it looks decent. GEN/MD port, how did they make it control that badly, it needs a hack pronto, somebody, anybody please. GBA Mario, a little cropped but fun on the go.
Seems like only the snes could run this game properly, all other consoles had lags in the music and frame drop. Thats how powerful the snes was, superior to the genesis

Based on another comment by OP, the footage was recorded within Chrome (hence the music slowdowns), so he also used the webMSX embedded version.
