Hi! This recipe took a bit longer than usual to reach a medium trace despite the steep water discount. Once it finally did, the soap moved fast to a thick trace. Do you like using water discounts or do you prefer to use more water? I typically don’t go higher than a 40% lye concentration just because I always want my soap to gel, and it’s difficult to make that happen at my lower soaping temps. Thanks so much for watching! -Holly :)
Hi Holly, I have just found your channel and I am enjoying your videos so much. They are so relaxing and informative. Your soaps looks so creamy and so creative in the design. Beayttiful work.
Hi from Florida! This soap looks beautiful! I love using clays. I like to soap at 44% lye conc, as I like to use water to mix my clays and to rehydrate milk powders. If you don’t mind, where did you get your soap stamp?
Love the simplicity of this soap! I looked at your affiliate link and your list but didn't see it so I thought I'd ask where you got your column mold? I hope I didn't miss it in the list as I know it can be frustrating to answer the same questions all the time. Love your channel sooooo much! ♥
Hello Holly, I am making my first soap this weekend. BTW I love your videos and your soap is beautiful. I have a question, I have a silicone mold with a wood frame. Can I put mine in the oven? I think your soap comes out perfect, no ash. Thanks!
all your soaps look so pretty, quick question, I live in California, been making soaps for a while, still learning a lot, i have never covered my soaps or put them in the oven, does it make a big difference? Most of my soaps come out good and some even great, I always test them as well.
Holly, where did you get your soap cutter from? I have been looking for one that can cut larger/higher bars of soap. Thanks! Oh - and our video is beautiful (-:
Hi there thanks so much for the video just wandering to calculate the essential oil blend in grams for 3 percent fragrance in your recipe so you just say what is 80 percent of 3 to work out pink grapefruit amount etc ? Or do you do 80 percent of 45 grams
I look with attention your videos becuse i think you are very careful in your work so i can learn a lot of advices. I will ask to you about soda ash: in this video you use a high concentration of lye solution. I usually use 30% but often on my soaps soda ash is formed. In the last soaponifications ( 100% olive oil) i used 32% and 33%. I hope this strategy makes better. I thank you, You are for me a really teacher! Tank you much!

Hi Holly! I really enjoy your videos! I notice that you blend your lye solution and oils at lower temperatures than other soap recipes. Why is that?
Beautiful as usual! Why do you choose to soap at a low temperature? What does that do for your end product?
Hi. I'm your big fan. Here is a humble request if u kindly make a video on making clear transparent soap base without alcohol plz. Thank U 🙂❣️
Could you do a soap using annato seeds? I have some infused in light olive oil, but I would really like to see you make one ?
