    Ever since I first got into sitar way back in the 80's I always thought this would be a great instrument for Metal. Very interesting band.

    You gotta check out project mishram too. Crazy fusion band. Djent, Carnatic, Spanish, rap, EDM, jazz, beatbox. They fuse almost all this in one song. They also had kmac on one of their songs.

    @sunrise2986 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

    Hey :) So cool to see you react to this one!!
    Personally, I liked Mute the Saint and their vision. But it might have been that vision that made the sitar sound a bit out of place in some of their songs. I still think it's a brilliant band though. However, this song sounds a lot more mature and organic. The sitar is still centered (which comes with its nature) but the mix here sounds amazing and the structure of the song is brilliant. I really enjoy this new direction and I'm curious what will come next (I mean Rishabh is only like 23(?) now. You can hear his progress with every song. If he doesn't suddenly decide to give up on music, there are great things to come. I'm sure of that)

    • @JohnG_YT
      @JohnG_YT  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep, a lot more organic sounding for sure! You're really taking the words right out of my mind with this comment :)
