I just bought the belt red light therapy. I’m going to place it about a foot from my head and lay on my yoga mat and then when finished will do yoga afterwards. I’m excited to see how it will affect my hair and my body as well. Thank you.

@@dqz7887 oh I love my red light therapy belt. I used it along with my Thyroid Energy Support supplement from Amazon. The medicine helped my thyroid drop over 3 points in six months and I also used the red light therapy belt over my thyroid area. The belt is really a great asset. Being carnivore and very low carb, I would have a bout of pain in my legs from certain carbs, such as tomato sauce especially, and the red light belt would help the pain go away. I also would let my husband’s friends (golfers) with back pain use it and they could not believe the results as how much it helped their backs. I use it often. I just recently got a red light therapy mask and have used it a couple of times. I just have to get myself to use it on a regular basis. I do know the red light therapy belt helps wherever you use it. Good luck if you buy one. I truly love mine.
