    What I'm gonna share with you in this video is the most powerful and the most scary secret in our reality. This is something that touches on what a lot of enlightened people touch on.
    This is also why some people become depressed, and don't even know it. And the way that I explain this, I think is gonna really change the way you look at attachment, letting go, and the way you live your life in general.
    So it's gonna make letting go easier. It's going to make letting go of attachment, something that is natural. And it's gonna help you understand more about your true power, to create your reality on your terms.

    I have a funny story. I thought I couldn't draw but have always loved Art. I used to say to ppl that I couldn't draw a stick figure to save my own life.... but I constantly obsessed over others art and wanted to express myself thru art..one day just decided that I really couldn't love something so much and have no talent in it, so I sat down and decided to really try, no giving up. Long story short I drew a underwater mermaid scene for my daughter and everyone kept asking me if I traced it. It was that good! My mind was blown. I literally let go of my limiting belief about being able to draw and Voila! I'm an artist now. 🥰

      @@queenofthebutterflies5212 Thank you love! And you CAN! Know it! It's as simple (or as hard, depending on your perspective) as choosing to believe you can! I will tell you that first drawing wasn't easy. That pictures took me 2 days and I used up two and a half erasers. 😂 But I learned from my mistakes along the way and I keep learning and getting better. The most important thing I learned from that experience though, was that I had put myself in a box and once I let go of the limiting beliefs I had about my abilities, I was able to do what I previously thought impossible. It was an eye opener!. I'm very excited for you to start your journey, and find your own amazing hidden talent. You can do it!

    I made the decision to stop being attached to particular outcomes of particular scenarios. This was easy once I realized that every past scenario, regardless if it turned out the way I wanted or not, lead me to where I am right now. All of those "failures" ended up working in my favor once I gave it enough time.

    Changing the meaning makes us to let go, letting go brings magic, magic brings new challenges, new challenges transform us into the better version of ourselves, our better version of ourselves raise the frequency of the world and when the world vibrate in higher frequency it demands from us to let go the old again and make space for the new magic. It's not always the answer. If children are involved it's very difficult. What I've found, is that when I do the work for myself and change my belief system about them, their toxicity reduces. It's pretty cool how that works. If it's a close family member I urge people to at least try. I I found myself even to sometimes be grateful for their toxicity, because it is an opportunity for me to learn and grow. (It took a long while for that to happen and I'm definitely not grateful in the moment.). I hope this serves you well. (This exludes physical abuse, and where drugs are involved for sure)

    What if instead of "She was abusive and controlling" it's like "She may have felt a lack of control in her life. She was lost and confused and in her desperation she abused her power because she feared losing it again. She was a victim and she was never shown she didn't have to be."
    I get it. There are perspectives in my mind about the people around me that I need to find and overcome. I appreciate this because it's bringing me to change the perspectives of those people in my past.
    I'd say my mom is "neglectful and irresponsible", but maybe she's just running from her shitty past. She thinks that solving other people's problems and taking care of other people will lead to them solving the problems that she has ignored. eh still working on it.

    • @eleeo9
      @eleeo9 3 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      That is a very noble way of thinking, but I don't think it should be forced. There is obvious healing that needs to be done in order for that mentality to take over naturally. I personally think forcing a change in perspective about a person who has hurt you will only cause a repeat in patterns. It's okay to say, "This person made me feel this way," heal from it, and then allow the change in perspective to come naturally.

    • @schoo9256

      I have a similar story, I feel that where I'm at right now, both versions are true. The other party being a victim doesn't absolve them from their actions, however. I don't think it is helpful to try and force yourself to only focus on their pain at the expense of validating your own experiences. Instead for me so far it's been about learning life has all these random causes that produce all these random effects and on that bigger level, what happened to me as a result of my mother's own trauma was never personal. The universe didn't try to target me, even if my mother did. So on that meta level, I can move on in some way, even if it takes longer to move on on other levels.

    • @amyb7823
      @amyb7823 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      @@eleeo9 Yes, I agree with you. I have a lot of negative feelings around my mother who's now passed away because she was emotionally neglectful to me as a child. But, I used to always give her a break in my mind and make excuses for her as to why she did this to me. Instead of acknowledging my own pain and my own existence for that matter. I'm now at a point where I'm comfortable saying that I have resentment toward my mom for not taking care of me and helping me to grow into a healthy adult. Not having a mom/parent figure to talk to me, allow me to express myself and support me really affected me in my life. I am a people pleaser, a push over, I always second guess myself and I constantly apologize for my existence in this world to others. I'm trying to change this, but it's hard work. And I'm tired of sweeping my emotions under a rug and not dealing with them or allowing them to be. My mom hurt me. She scarred me. Me saying that doesn't mean I don't love her or that I don't forgive her but I need to be able to say what she did, how it affected me and how it made me feel. So there's definitely a balance to things. I understand getting creative and painting things in a different light because reality is subjective, but at the same time, acknowledging your feelings is just as important, in my opinion.

I don't want to play the victim anymore ..I don't want to be a target or scapegoat. I'm tired. Suicide is not an option. I believe God will guide me into a bright future. I'm just a sad that so much time has been wasted. My parents did not want me to be attractive or succeed. I was a charge nurse at 30 making big money could be retired today. I have nothing now. I wanted to be a part of my family so I play the role of loser to keep people calm down ..now I want to be happy and I will not tell them my progress and success...it takes courage . Everything he is saying works. Trauma takes a long time to get over. This is all possible..close the door to yesterday and be new today ..imagine who u want to be and be it..takes time .. possible. I'm a survivor and a fighter and keep bouncing back...it's rough when family doesn't want you ..I'm going into Christian community now...the new age stuff took me down and toxic friendships and relationships took me down and I saw the devil ..it is a shit world. I pray everyone lean into the Lord and let Him take control over you...die to self. Let go and just do it ..there is hope as long as we are alive and healthy. Be greatful

      In 2000 I did the same thing about 4 or 5 weeks after this awful break up and after dating someone for 4 years. The hardest was that we were the closest of friends and saw each other for about 2 hours every day even if we weren't what you would call soulmates and we definitely weren't overly romantic or anything like that but we were really close friends. He broke up with me because he said our relationship wasn't going anywhere and I was like " why didn't you tell me this a year or two ago? " Besides I was happy with the way things are or the way things were at the time. After he broke up with me I would not have taken him back especially after we were broken up about a week but he kept dropping by my house a month or so after we broke up and my daughter saw him. Three and a half months after we broke up he just came over my house one day when I was home eating my lunch because I would come home from the law firm for an hour. He shows up out of nowhere ringing my doorbell. Who did he think he was? I let him come in and he said he thought when we broke up I didn't have enough closure or I had things to say that I didn't get to say. I told him I probably did have things that I didn't get to say but I thought I did say what I needed to say and verified everything. He asked me point blank if I had anything else to say. I looked him straight in the eyes and shook my head no and told him ," no no I don't have anything else to say"

      Yess! It's easy 4 me. When I was in my older teens and in my twenties I got so sick and tired of being sick and tired of having to tolerate things because I was married or whatever. The marriage was horrible and abusive after we had children together and I left after we've been married for 5 and 1/2 years and I should have stayed gone. He hit our three and a half year old daughter and I should have stayed in Virginia and just not answered his phone calls. He promised me he would go to anger management and marriage counseling but he did not and he lied again as usual. Another 4 years later I moved back to Virginia with the kids ages four and seven and that time it was final but it took so long because he threatened to kill me a couple times. I had to be safe for the kids but oh my gosh it was so freeing.

No. You study what people in the field have invested decades into figuring out about it. The problem in society is that children are mistreated and grow into unhealthy adults. Break the chain. I developed a hoarding problem afterwards and have been stuck attached to accumulating stuff and unable to let go of my posessions. I've been stuck trapped in a downward spiral and unable to change. So the part where you said "All we have to do is let go of all the things we are attached to that keeps us in a bandwith" sounded like you were speaking about my hoarding issues.

I've watched Aaron for a long time from the beginning as well as Victor, and I've usually gravitated more towards Victor but I'm so impressed and so grateful for the obvious rise in consciousness and the Beautiful way Erin has learned to communicate it with that's all. Wow this clicked for me. Really helped me out of this hole, thank you. We speak and feel about past broken relationships in a meaning that sets and brings them to the present, allowing for this past meaning to remain like a host and consume our energy. We carry a false meaning. A meaning we have probably felt many times over before this recent one. The meaning is there for you to give, no one comes to you with it. If the meaning holds no use as a tool for your next step why would you hold on to that? Let it go and regain your own energy. Going forward do not put expectations in to anyone else, only put expectations on yourself in what goals and targets you would like to achieve. Expectations can easily get cross wired with trust which is something that is built and goes without say between people.

    In the words of C.S. Lewis: "If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning: just as, if there were no light in the universe and therefore no creatures with eyes, we should never know it was dark."
    There is ultimate meaning otherwise we wouldn't be able to find meaning in any of the things we choose to find meaning in.
    If something terrible happened to you, and you need to reframe it, you're not conjuring meaning out of nothing, you're discovering new meanings that exist within reality.
    Now that doesn't mean that there is some task or destiny we are forced to follow. As Tolkien displayed in his characters in LOTR:
    “I wish it need not have happened in my time,” said Frodo. “So do I,” said Gandalf, “and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”
    Genuine lack of meaning wouldn't carry us through the trials of our lives, because the meaning we fight for is then no bigger than us. That life is meaningful makes it worthwhile. You can let go of anything and step out into the unknown without thinking life is meaningless at the very bottom. Rather, you can trust that at the very bottom, the foundation of reality, God/the Universe is good.

    • @natashakrp

      When you said there is ultimate meaning, that whole sentence, yes. I feel that so much. To not say nothing matters is to not feel. That is to not live. We learn in our life lessons. That is why we are here. To not feel, is not living.
      I really believe (I know alot of people are going to prob not agree, but that is ok. I love u.) that people that want to believe that nothing matters, are the people so hurt they need to believe that. They turn off. That is when they turn cold. No emotion. Things matter. Feeling is living.
      If I was to stick a fork in a light socket and shock myself, then told myself nothing matters, and did it again, did I learn? No, I need to feel shocked and LEARN to not do it again so that it would not happen again. I needed to FEEL it.
      To anyone hurt I ❤ u all. Don't do this to yourself. Don't turn yourself off. Live.

    Hi Aaron! I found your channel about 3 years ago. I binge watched and loved it but then I fell out of resonance with you. I now know it was you shooting up and expending your consciousness and I just simply couldn’t keep up. BUT the fact that I am back here with you again now, pretty much confirms to me that I have leveled up in my own personal life to be able to resonate with you once again so deeply. ❤️ Thank you!!!

    I like your perspective!
    In my perspective, enlightment is living in a way in which everything comes naturally, in which we dont have to fight,worry about, its already there. And by accepting that, enjoying it to the fullest.
