  • This video shares other excerpts from Chapter 9 of the book "Cursed, Crazy, Blessed: Sweet & Bitter Memoirs of an Eccentric Man," by David Blackbird, in which the author recounts a profoundly introspective journey that completely reshaped his perception of life.
In this part of the book, the author shares profound reflections about the human condition. He pictures humans' disconnection from nature, which, in fact, is illusional, and explains how the other creatures keep accessing benefits from their connection with nature while humans are losing those benefits. He encourages human development to respect sensitive boundaries to remain in harmony with nature and prevent the collapse of our society.
He also explains how our illusion leads us to glide from "to be" to "to have" and poetically explains how breath interconnects all the creatures since creation, giving an insight into how much air a person approximately breathes in a lifespan.
The book is available on Amazon Kindle: www.amazon.com...
