My guess would be that it helps them breather better. More airflow than the standards air boxes. But that is only my guess I

@@DrivesAlot A few, main one is a full Akrapovic evo exhaust. Sounds great but akrapovic is over priced, should have got a Remus or Scorpion or similar for half the price.
I’m still looking at exhaust options…sadly I’m still waiting on my Dinan X-Pipe to ship 🤦🏾♂️

Yes they are but In my opinion they are well worth it
You can get the performance increase much cheaper, but the sound is something else
The performance from intakes is minimal…I got them more for the sound

Because the M engineers blew it on the stock intakes? I don’t think so. Talk about a zero hp, looks only add on. Save your time and dollars.
Everyone who knows cars know intakes don’t add power 🤦🏾♂️. I brought them for the looks and the sound.
